I haven't auditioned these speakers, but i heard and read that they are really that good. Yung B1 comparable daw sa B&W 601, yung B2 sa Mission 780 naman. I intend to audition them this week with my Rotel 971MK2, for music. I will inform you of the results.

I had the opportunity to test these speakers yesterday, although, unscheduled. First, at Architectural Audio, B1 na lang ang natira, yung mga B2 ubos na. Mabili daw. Any maganda ang tunog, with an HK integrated amp., at mas lalong gumanda ng ang ginamit ay ang TS Audio Tube amp. Parang mas malambing. Bagohan pa lang ako sa audio at HT kaya hindi ko gaanong ma-idescribe. Basta alam ko maganda.

Pumunta rin ako sa Spectra. Doon ko narinig yung B2, halos pareho lang, may mas-bass nga lang. NAD integrated amp naman ang gamit. Magugulat ka sa bass, parang floor standing. Hindi ko na na-test yung B4 at center, wala na akong time. Sunod na punta ko doon test ko rin vs. mission speakers, dalhin ko rin yung Rotel 971 mk 2 ko.

Both stores recommended it. Even vs. some mission and B& speakers. ang SRP nila same with the stated by fellow pinoy dvd member.

rpm, balitaan mo kami pag nakabalik ka na. interested din ako sa b2 and b4. compared sa ibang speakers, mabigat ang monitor audio. b&w 601 (6.1kg) vs. b2 (13.5kg)! halos kasing bigat na siya ng floorstander ng mission at mordaunt short (14.5kg & 14kg respectively). syempre sa huli tunog pa rin ang mas importante. siguro madaming bracing ang cabinet, o mabigat ang magnet ng drivers.

sirs, meron pa kayang available na finish bukod sa black and beech? meron na ba dito nung "rosemah" finish? eto yung mahogany with rosewood stain.

Heard the B2 and B1 and also the Gold series ganda iba sound compare to my mission iba characteristic.. its a must hear before buying other speakers... btw connected with TS audio tube amp and Harman 2550 AVR..

I also have a HK (AVR 1550), but not the B2 (not yet). Sana hindi sila (outlets) maubusan ng B2 stocks, so I can buy before the week-end. Anyway, just in case maubusan ng stocks ng B2, may I ask Architectural Audio and Audio World, how long it will take for the new orders to arrive.

I only have the HK2550 and B2 combo...la pang center and surrounds. Pero just the other day, i went to my friend's house and listened to his HK3550 and M73 floorstanders combo...mas malinaw and mas malakas yung 2550-B2 combo ko considering floorstanders yung sa kanya, mas mataas ng konti yung wattage/channel ng 3550, enclosed pa yung room nya... well, better if you listen to it yourself...punta ka architectural audio...look for nico and epoy...those guys are very accomodating... well, good luck...

Just got my B1 (courtesy of my brother), paired it with Rotel RA 971Mk2. Ganda ng tunog, mas detalyado, compared with my old Wharfedale vivendi. Before that I also had the chance to compare it with Mission M73i, mas maganda pa yung bass ng B2, mas mabilis, forward. To think na floor standing ang M73i. I have not tested it with my HK 1550. Mas gaganda pa siguro pag-na break-in. Sana maka-ipon uli to buy the B4 for HT.

seb di naman gaano nagkakalayo ang performance nong dalawa depende na lang sa pandinig mo sa space cguro kung maluwag mag m73i ka at kung limited space sa B2 ka na lang

B2 can handle by HK3550 base on spec it can give 125watts, IHF power in 4ohms in stereo mode kaya walang hassle

ikaw ang namamalikmata. mag isip ka naman kasi muna Lolo bago ka mag reply. ala naman akong sinasabing 2550 eh hahaha....sabagay talagang ganyan ang kulang sa buwan......mahirap tumatanda ng paurong hahahaha
