Jack Swagger, who funnily enough, lisps like Dustin Rhodes. Cage made fun of him when he first appeared in ECW. It was a riot.

The Hardy's are "extreme" enough. "Extreme" wrestling is like chili. You want some, but not too much.

I was referring to the brand. Everyone's talking about stories from both RAW and Smackdown but hardly anything from the ECW stable.

iv never seen a single episode of ECW...not counting that ECW PPV where John Cena was booed against RVD...

speaking of RVD, is he still in WWE? or was the Royal Rumble just a 1 time deal?

I think ECW is just there to maybe push people..like they did CM Punk...hmmm..come to think of it, cant think of anyone else..hehehehehe

ECW is hard to watch. The storylines are not that much different, the gimmicks are bland and the stunts are too choreographed they look unrealistic.

By the way, what ever happened to Jeff Hardy? I mean, why was he taken out of running for the championship? Was ratings when he was champion not good? Will he be in the Money in the bank match?

mitb qualifiers thus far are: cm punk, kane, mark henry, finlay, mvp and goldilocks shelton benjamin...that leaves 2 more - i hope its christian and carlito.

I was also surprised they allowed Kozlov to get a clean win over Taker.

Is this a sign to come at Wrestlemania? Will they let HBK finnaly take out Undertakers winning streak??? I hope not..I dont see any logical point why they would let Shawn be the one to topple Undertakers streak...

Taker's probably retiring. And it was also HBK who ended Flair's career.

If he does retire, they should let him keep his undefeated Wrestlemania streak..thats one of the things the will define his career.. beating Undertaker wont give HBK any push or anything...I'd understand ceguro if it was John Cena or Randy Orton pra to boost them up..but HBK doesnt need that...

Taker's streak is not greater than Flair's 16 championships.

No argument there..I dont think anything will be greater then that accomplishment...

what i meant to say was that even though HBK did beat Flair, his 16 championships wont be tarnished..if HBK defeats Undertaker, Taker will forever lose the distinction of being undefeated...

The streak must end somehow. Some wrestlers are bigger than the WWE now. If Taker retires undefeated, his absence would be much felt. There are few new wrestlers now to keep the WWE going. Fans need old timers like HBK, HHH to keep them interested while preparing the young stars. If HBK loses, and Taker retires undefeated, WWE loses 2 stars instead on 1.

Nope, if ever Taker loses it's not going to be at HBK's hands...Vince, wants Taker to lose to an upcoming poster boy of WWE...

Your guess is as good as mine...it's really hard to read Vince's dangerous mind...if he likes a superstar he will give him a big push...if not...an example is Christian Cage, according to the wrestling news and rumors websites, has no love from Vince, that is probably one of the reason he's on ECW...

Besides, HBK is one of only four active main event-er, aside from Cena, Jeff Hardy and Rey Mysterio, who have yet to face Taker at Wrestlemania...Taker has already faced Edge, Batista, Randy Orton and Triple H...

I've heard that Taker's undefeated streak is a reward for his continued loyatly to the WWE. Aside from Trips, he's the only one who never left the company. Even though technically Michaels never left, he did retire for a number of years. Besides, Michaels is assured to get other perks just because of his close relationship with Trips.

But then, as you guys have already said, no one knows what McMahon's thinking.

I remember this insider rumor that showed how bad-as s Taker was. Reportedly, there was a meeting held during the 90s, that was attended by Michaels and Taker. Michaels at that time (I think this was pre-Christian Michaels) was making a lot of fuss and being a primadonna not agreeing to something that needed a decision. It was said that while Michaels was talking his mouth off, Taker suddenly started slowly wrapping his hand with tape or bandage and calmly said that if Michaels doesn't shut up and agree by the time he's finished taping his hand... You get the drift. Michaels shut up and agreed. :)

And aside from HHH, Taker has total control of his matches and gimmicks.

Iv heard this too..it does sound right especially since he hasnt been given a championship that much..and even during the Monday Night Wars, he busted his butt for WWE..

It's not a retirement match, so Taker will win ;D

The most logical reason I've read for a HBK-Taker match is that all the other matches suck and WWE needs something for the fans to look forward to. Remember, this is WM25.

Yup, at this point none of the other booked matches sound epic enough. I mean, HHH and Orton? Not particularly enticing.
