WHY what happened to Sonny Tuazon? Has the man fallen sick? Its lamentable that dealers like him would be compulsed to close shop because of a flood of cheap Chinese A/V imports from stereo systems to LCD TVs; or, get overwhelmed by "Duh?" mall-based competitions who'd sell an P80,000 equipment today, and pulls it down to P50K two months later.

Any news on SGT? Sayang naman shop nila. They really provided great service at good prices. If Sonny is sick, I hopes he gets well real soon.

This is sad. Sonny was my go-to guy as well for anything HT. Great service and good prices too.

My condolences too, to Butch and family. Sonny was a true friend of our community, very accommodating and kind with his advice and wise counsel. I recall on lunch times I would just go to your store to browse and always felt welcome. Although I managed to buy just 1 set of speakers from him, he treated me as a valuable customer. One time he even offered for me to take home a very expensive amplifier for audition (which I politely declined), and on another occasion, a sealed floorstander speaker, which I simply couldn't accept his very generous offer. My prayers for his eternal repose and to your family, to find comfort in your grief. Hope you continue your father's legacy.

Condolence to the wife and family. I got my polks and plasma from them libre delivery pa. I just found out about this thread today because im on my way to his shop to buy a center. Sad news indeed.

some 2 or 3 weeks going some place else I happen to pass by the shop area then wondered how come no more THT's sign outside the building...

even +1 year late, I offer my condolences to the family of sir Sonny. I too got my very 1st 5.1 speaker set-up from THT Tordesillas!

Been a while since i browsed PDVD (out of country for good) and was saddened knowing SGT is long gone. Praying for your eternal repose SIR. I got almost all of my HT stuff from the store and your business model is beyond comparable.

The moment you visit the shop, just name drop any PDVD member who dealt with him and you will for sure be going home with goodies (paid in full or oftentimes in monthly terms).

See you in the next lifetime Sir Sonny! You have lived and served the HT community with the purest intention of sharing what you have....You will for sure be missed
