actually sir kaya ako nainis sa air 21 is because of the reasons that they gave me re: kung bakit di pa dumating yug package,ok lang naman sa akin kung sabihin nila na 2 or 3 days pa talaga yung dating ng items(di naman ako ganun kaatat).una sabi nila wala daw binigay na contact no yung sender,sabi ko naman di ba dapat sop na kukunin nila yung contact no. ng padadalhan just in case hindi nila makita yung lugar,so binigay ko yung contact no ko.the next day tumawag ulit ako,sabi naman nung nakausap ko di daw talaga malocate nung delivery yung house namin kaya kinabkasan na idedeliver,sabi ko sa kanya "hello,ilang beses na may nagpadala sa amin thru lbc saka yung credit cards notices namin dito naka address,nakakarating naman"tsaka sabi ko binigay ko na yung no. ko bakit di nila ko tinawagn or tinext.sabi naman sa akin baka wala daw load

.dun na ako naasar,sabi ko sa kanya,e paano bukas baka sasabihin nyo na naman di nyo makita yung haus namin ska walang load yung driver?ayun nadeliver sya kinagabihan

AIR21 ...... always seem to have problems when me & my suppliers use AIR21 as courier.

LBC is far more reliable IMO.

The insurance fee is only good if nawala ang item.. If na damage lang, wala ka habol sa kanila.. Naka stipulate yan sa kanilang waybill.. If you really want na insured din against damage, kailangan sila ang mag crate ng item mo but at an additional cost..

hindi talaga nagrereply yan,nag email din ako dati ng complaint,wala lang dedma.mas ok kung tawag ka sa customer service nila.sa susunod mag lbc na lang kayo.pangit ng service ng air21.

Up ko lang.

I shipped a cable last June30 via Air21, and they said they'll be having a price increase effective July1. Estimate nung tiga Galleria branch nila, yung dating P112 eh magiging P190+ na raw. Masaya sila kung gawin nila yun.

I've not tried them out yet this July, pero meron ba makaka-verify?

Sigh. JRS or LBC na lang yata ako. Buhay pa ba yung Xend? Subcon sa LBC yun di ba?

Here's the rate increase which started July 1, 2012:

Small pouch - from 110.00 to 216.00
Large pouch - from 135.00 to 364.00
Sulight box - from 180.00 to 475.00

All inclusive of VAT.

Will definitely go for LBC from now on...

dati din ako air21 tapos lumipat ng jrs nung nagkaron ng minimum pickup requirement
meron pickup fee ang jrs na 30pesos regardless kung ilan ang items
minimum pag metro manila is 90pesos
tapos ngayon gamit ko is mc express (local is 50 minimum, outside metro manila is 95)
pag provincial pinapasa nila sa lbc ang delivery (under ata ng lbc ang mc express)

di naman pwedeng kung may sakit sya hinto na ang negosyo diba? oh well...

Thanks for the confirmation guys. Nag-JRS na ako nung last shipment ko, pero ako pa pumunta sa Galleria drop off point nila.

Ang Xend rin is pinapasa nila sa LBC.

Ang bopols nang Air21 with their price increase. Parang di nila naisip na marami ang aayaw sa bagong rates nila. Ang dami ko pa naman Air21 small and medium pouches na naka-stock dito. Pag sandwich bag na lang yung maliit, at garbage yung medium.

I agree air21 is the worst courier in our country. Minimum ng 3day before i get my package from them. Pag LBC sobrang reliable. Next day tlaga kuha mo na. JRS maganda din.

Wow, grabe yung price increase. Ever since Air21 na ako. Up until now wala pa naman akong negative feedback regarding their service.
