I don't think there was a Cinemalaya 2005 thread so I'll just post it here.


From The Philippine Star:

ABC 5 will showcase starting March 24 and every Sunday thereafter at 9 p.m. the first crop of winning full-length digital movies in the first-ever Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival held in Feb. 2005.

The man behind ANG PAGDADALAGA NI MAXIMO OLIVEROS, Aureus Solito is doing PISAY for this year. Shooting will start this coming May, and the location is just a stone's throw away from my workplace actually my office neighbor.

Its another coming-of-age film set in the 80's.
