Brader, do you remember I referred you to a friend named Leo when you were building your cnc? Do you still have his number? Changed phone twice after that and can't find his number kasi...

Brader, I never called him so I too have no record of his number. I did email him and I still have his email address.

ok so the first prototype sucks big time... this is the Version 2.0 of the wire guide feeder with better tensioner and the arrangement of the wires can be varied to add or lessen the tension. Useful for varied  gauges of wires. 8)

temporarily installed the tensioner for actual measurement and testing...

I also made a bobbin guide feeder which is installed on a linear bearing in the hopes of automating the feed in the future. Leftover parts from my CNC project comes in handy...

and testing the feed...

I love it!  8) 8) 8)

At last, after a lot of agonizing hours hahaha... being my first, this one is in p2p wiring and it sucks to upgrade one when it's like a maze of webs inside.

Try this especially on the side with the slight tear out.
Apply a light coat of blo... Let it air for 10 minutes.
The sand using 220 grit sandpaper on the whole side, you will notice the sandpaper will get filled with oil and sawdust.
Use this and concentrate over the tear out sanding very lightly and letting the sawdust settle on the divets.
Let dry for two days and do it again until the divets are filled and leveled.
Apply top coat...
You are done and happy with the result.
You then visit me and bring jollibee champ meal.
Then I will be happy too knowing you are happy.... Hehehehe

Ooohhh I see, instant putty siya! Okidoks gets ko na. Labas ako bukas naubusan ako ng 220 grit and other supplies.

Actually since akin naman ito, I have all the time to work on the wood as the top and bottom base will hold mostly all of the electronics so pwede alisin. Sarap lang himas-himasin nun kahoy pag smooth na...

Uy sige ba usapan Jolibee champ meal game pag nag kitakits tayo diyan!

Thanks thanks!

Meron ako padating na rta and one of it's mods is to bypass the output section buffers and replace it with something better. Parang napagusapan na namin ni Larry ito sa speaker diyer's thread actually.

But this time, instead of making the buffers out of opamps, I will use tubes, and most importantly, in an Aikido fashion. This will be part of my "digital source" adventure and hope that everything else falls into place - my way.

You should also now include your Mark Audio Build!  You will be missing a lot if you don't hear how the Mark Audio speakers sing.  You will be able to tune your electronics properly using your Mark Audio speakers as they are very transparent.  You already have the tools for the speaker box build.  Just use the pensil box design for simplicity.

I will, hopefully in the near future. It breaks my heart just seeing them idle in their box. ;D

OTOH, the honey badger almost broke my back when I applied some mods to it yesterday, darn heavy amp. :D The hardship was worth it though. 8)
