Initially I will be using a bosch 1617evsk router. I am currently looking at several chinese made spindles at ebay with 2.2 to 3 kw rating and their corresponding vfd. But if chance permits and I stumble upon a German made one (sana meron bukas) hehehe then the choice would be clear.
Great choice in spindle brader. Suggest you check the feedrate if it's 200ipm or 200cpm and lower it too for burr free routing.
I want the water cooled spindles too! And their vfd controllers look really cool BUT, as it is, my setup is (if I may say so) already on top of it's game for it's particular application. Then again, if extra funds do come by I might dive into something new for Abacus Robot.
