Is there a replay on Sunday? Saw it today at 5pm. The next one, I think, is Monday at 10am. Hope you won't miss Kevin Smith's cameo. Watch out for Joss Whedon in a latter episode.

The penultimate episode is heartbreaking! It's very gutsy of this show to remind us that life is not fair. It is coping with it that matters. You go, Veronica!

You may read the whole recap on Television Without Pity: Veronica Mars Episode 3.

I'm posting their recap in a nutshell:

Douglas Adams Had No Idea
Cheatty Cheatty Bang Bang - Because he thought towels were the most useful thing in the universe, and yet here's one covering up Logan's naughty bits. Also, Veronica thinks the bus crash was meant for her, and Big Dick gets run out of town. But we don't know if that moniker could be applied to someone else, because...towel.

You might also prefer the TV Guide version.

The scene with Dick Casablancas, Sr. looked like an hommage to Arrested Development. Shred everything!

Unless TWoP has a sarcastic meaning to VO, my guess is that stands for "Voice Over."

I've been playing catch up with the show. I just saw the Lucy Lawless episode. Did you guys notice the fortune Veronica stuck on her mirror at the end of the episode?

Do those numbers look familiar to you guys?  ;D

I love this show's pop culture references!

Loved that episode, Donut Run. What's with the comma 'though?

Also, cool nod to The Virgin Suicides. Rob Thomas referenced Dawson's Creek.

I really empathized with Keith Mars on this one. What a stunt!

I just completed my catch-up. I loved the "Arrested Development" episode, since George Michael & Maybe were clearly still very much in character from that show!  ;D

Although I personally enjoyed the season, I think they went the wrong way. They tied in way too many elements from the first season, so unless you've been a loyal viewer since Day One, there's no way you could've fully understood the resolution to this season's main mystery. That approach may work when you're already a big show, like "Lost," but not if you have really low ratings and are trying to increase your viewership. New watchers would go "Huh?" then tune out.

I hope the show gets picked up by the new CW network, but I won't be surprised if it doesn't. We should all know for sure by next week, when The CW is expected to announce their fall line-up.

Pasok na, pero 13 eps lang with option to order more. Per Rob Thomas they'll have 2 shorter arcs just in case they get axed after the 13th ep.

I love this show.

I didn't watch a single episode before I got the 1st season DVD boxset and waited for season 2 to end before I did a 3 weekend Mars marathon.

My perspective's different but d**n, I love this show.

You'v got it spot on. The way to watch this show is in chunks or 4-5 eps. I tried waiting for episodes every week on ETC and got impatient.

According to neptunesite.com, Rob Thomas is hoping to add Tina Majorino and Michael Muhney as series regulars for season 3.

Catch the third season premiere online. Although the new opening credits seem more appropriate to the tone of the series, I still miss the old opening credits and the original mix of the theme song. Great episode! The new season allows new viewers to get into the action without alienating the fans. Just when we thought we are still in The Gilmore Girls' zone, Rob Thomas pulls a fast one and reminds us that this is still a hard-boiled drama. Welcome back, Veronica! You're even hotter now that you're in college.  :P

Yay Veronica Mars is back! I hope Season 3 is as good as the first. The second season wasn't as good. BTW Reuven Malter, how's the quality on MSN TV? Though I'll probably wait for the torrent so I can archive it.

I just realized that a good number of the shows I'm currently watching are all Season 3: Veronica Mars, Numb3rs, CSI: NY, The Office, Grey's Anatomy, SG Atlantis, House, Lost, Desperate Housewives. Wala lang...

You'll really have to wait, sardaukar, since apparently we can't watch it:

Just saw it this morning. Thought it was pretty good for a streaming video. I'm using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6. I didn't use any special program whatsoever.

I wish I were already in the US.  ;D

I'm on IE 6 as well - maybe they restricted access in the brief period since the time you watched it!

What's annoying is - the commercial played already before I got the notice. And at brilliant quality, too!  ;D
