When I needed to interview Peque Gallaga before, I asked Unitel for his number. You could try looking up Unitel and asking them.

I've interviewed Lore Reyes before in his condo unit somewhere along Panay Avenue, QC (can't remember the exact place, though). Dunno who contacted him, but i know it's one of my thesismates. I'll try to ask one of em (my thesismates) if they still know the number.
