Sir confirm ko lang if pag purchase mo ba sa amazon meron ka pa din bang babayaran(ex tax, vat etc) when the unit arrives sa house mo?

Sir pag mag order ka sa amazon, ship mo po sa NJ address nila to avoid tax, then, they will forward it to NY address...

nagpa compute ako freight cost ng AVR, range po 8K to 9K. HTH :)

May sales tax na din ang NJ.

I used shipping cart of LBC. Shipping to CA from Amazon marketplace. No tax. Pag me physical store sa shipping address me sales tax usually. I recently shipped 46 lbs receiver. 8-9k shipping cost less discount pa. Take around a month to reach

^ i see a better pricing model can happen with Denon/Marantz AVR's packaged with Def Tech/Polk speakers -- being into a single mother company now.

a good chance for these brands' fanatics =))

^ was discussed previously on page 78, sir..  see below quotes -- though not in particular order =)

i don't know about the other bluetooth enabled receivers but denons  use very old bluetooth technology. Nakakainis.

sa apple products you're better off using Airplay instead of bluetooth. It's far more responsive and the sound quality for me is much better.

Hello guys. Just want to ask if any has experienced or experiencing in delays when using blutooth to play audio through their Denons? Particularly the Denon AVRX1300W.

I auditioned it last week and there is a delay when switching from one song to the other when I connected my Iphone. Just want to check if this is a common thing or if there is anything we can do to fix it.

Thanks!

I think its normal, kasi nung audition ko yung x2200 ng Denon yan din na experience ko sa kanya kahit yung Onkyo may ganyang issue din, but after updating yung firmware ng Onkyo ko nawala na delay nya.

^ hi sir, I listen to my x1300w bluetooth with my android phone, though...  and I notice no delay when switching with the next song.. with 1 second perhaps, but this should be understandable...

with the delay you've experienced, does the song already started (with time moving past 00:00:00) before you hear it from x1300w or the next song totally starts after the a while but it's sync with the Denon?  how long is the delay, 2-3secs?

Gano katagal yung delay sa x2200? I tried the Onkyo and walang delay, baka updated firmware na yun.

Mga 2 secs din bro.

Hi Sir. Yup. Heheh. I checked the previous pages before posting a comment. Just checking if the "issue" has been resolved via firmware update or something since then.

That could be going on protect mode. Is it plugged directly to the wall outlet? Baka hindi stable ang current sa lugar nyo, and you may need a voltage regulator.

Hi fellow Pinoydvd members,

I want to ask for assistance po in using the calibration software of denon x-540bt. I bought this as a replacement with my Pioneer vsx-1022 po. My speakers are all wharfedale and the frequency response is listed below po:

Front - Wharfedale Crystal 4 with frequency response of 30hz-2000hz.
Center - Wharfedale WH-2 with frequency response of 80hz-2000hz.
Surround - Wharfedale WH-2 with frequency response of 80hz-2000hz.
Sub - US audio 512D (Don't know the frequency response) but the crossover knob is set all the way to max (I think 120hz or 150hz), Volume level knob was set to 12 o'clock position.

When I ran the Denon Auto setup if made the following changes:

Front - was set to Large and the crossover was set to 40
Center - was set to Large and the crossover was set to 40
Surrounds - was set to Small and crossover was set 90.
Sub - LPF for LFE was set to 120

I change the front and center to small speakers as I always do but my question is, Should I leave the center crossover to 40hz? as the frequency response of my center is only 80hz as the lowest. What would be the ideal crossover settings for my speakers to attain optimal settings. Any assistance po is much appreciated po. Thanks in Advance po sa mga mag susuggest po.

Hello! new Denon owner here...coming from outdated Yamaha Rx-V440.
I choose Denon AVR-X1400H for Dolby Atmos set-up, same set of speakers and additional two for the L&R height speakers.

the calibration method for your avr isn't Audyssey. Since you seem to be familiar with your speakers' freq range I'd rather that you go by your specs and ears rather than rely on this calibration software. Heck, even if it did use Audyssey I'd still do the fine tuning using my own ears.

Thanks po sir RastaSega for the response. I already fine tuned the crossover settings using my untrained ears... :) :) :)

Both dynamic eq  and dynamic volume are On. I don't really relying on Audyssey, so fine tuned it manually.

Coming from my previous 6.1 set-up with my Yamaha, Dolby Atmos add a little improvements on sound field, but not that much. IMO.
