They have now marked down titles across all distributors! This is the lowest price DVDs can get! I suggest you guys rush to Astro SM Makati now if you want to add/ start-up your collections. Too bad I have most of the titles I want already.

Correction and more good news! This sale is all over Ayala Center Makati for their Midnight Madness and weekend sale. It's kinda wierd that Astro Glorietta has its Viva still pegged at P299. Magna P333 and Warner P275/P350 are the same like Astro SM Makati. Tower Records have their Viva down to P199, but Magna and Warner prices are still at regular price. So if you want the whole deal, just stick to Astro SM Makati!

Wow, for 1500, I'd double dip on this.

Is the extra disc with bonus features informative and entertaining, or is it just filled with ultimately useless featurettes?

I haven't viewed it yet, so can't tell.   I was surprised at the more than 50% off price, so did the Astro saleslady when checked the price from the PC.  I got the only copy from SM San Lazaro, baka meron pa sa Makati... but only 2 hours left sa sale (or until the next one)

Update
The Jurassic Park Ultimate Collection
As with many Magnavision Boxed set, the discs are fine.  The box itself is fine BUT no booklet/leaflet included.  Their Gladiator Extended Edition set is the same - no leaflet inside, despite the box having a provision  for it.  For Jurassic Park, the disc art (except the bonus disc) are not consistent with the box art.  Photo from Amazon below.

If I had paid full price., I would be very disappointed. At half price, it's more palatable, but collectors still beware.  I will be more careful with Magnavision releases in the future.  I feel half-cheated.
