SALE ALERT! Odyssey Music Store. Not sure if this covers all branches but I stumbled across the sale at its SM Sta. Mesa branch.

CD's for 99 Pesos! Selections include Radiohead, Pat Benetar, Human League, Moby, Joss Stone, Depeche Mode, Paula Abdul, Blue, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Elvis Presley, Blondie, Go West, Grammy Awards compilation, various original artists compilation CD's and plenty more I can't recall anymore.

I picked up Dave Koz, Duran Duran and Classical 2012 (classical music by various classical musicians - 2 CD set). All for 297 Pesos.

CD's for 150! Morrisey - The Best of Morrisey CD and DVD set. And a 3 CD set of 60's original compilation CD. Michael Jackson Off The Wall, Dangerous, Bad.

CD's for 250. The Essential Billy Joel, Beyonce and many others I can't recall anymore.

Don't bother with those CD's on sale priced at 50 and 75 Pesos.

I was at rockwell today and right at the cinemas, magnavision is having a buy 2 take 1 bluray sale.
Hey not bad, some good titles. I wonder if they have this sale at Astro?

Yes, I saw this when I drop by Astro Virramall yesterday. What an awesome deal!!!! Man good thing I dropped by hahaha..This is for all Viva Disney Blu-rays on all astro/odyssey afaik. This is while supplies last. They will be going back to Magnavision kasi. I bought 13 pieces yesterday and going back for more today hehehe. I will visit several astros today hihihi...

Guys,

Help!

Tried Bluray in Astro (Bought Tron, Up and Frankenweenie). Played it on my PS3 japan unit. Whats weird is that na-play naman video, but then sa Up and Franenweenie, it cannot play the English audio (no sound pag un ang chosen audio). Pero sa Tron ok naman and English. Lahat ng audio language available, chinese, portoguese, etc. Gumagana except English. Is this the region code limitation? Or something is wrong with the disc? Please help, first time ko kasi mag bluray. =) Gusto ko pa naman panoodin ulet ang UP kaso nakakainis, kailangan ko pa mag subtitle tuloy.

most likely audio codec. hehe. DTS HD-MA both yung Frankenweenie and Up. Walang Dolby 5.1. Yung Tron may DTS HD-MA track pero meron din 2.0 na Dolby

bought these from different branches of Astro and Odyssey. bought the Oz from odyssey MOA but i think it's their last copy. didn't see 3d OZ there though..

Plenty of DVDs on sale at 99 and some at 75 even. Though these are C-interactive releases I think. I got Prometheus. Didn't notice the features… The X-titles are 99 I think. Like 2-disc X-men 2. At Astro stores

they are viva disney releases. they will be turning over their fox disney distribution rights to magnavision starting march.

I just checked Astro and Odyssey branches in Greenbelt1, Glorietta, and SM Makati. Pirates 2D lang. If ever you have seen any Monsters, Inc. 3D, Planes 3D, or other interesting titles, paki post na lang po kung saang branch nakita. Thanks.

Picked up Lincoln blu ray for 499 at Odyssey Glorietta.

iron man 3 3d, sa eastwood mall.. yung isa sa dalawang stall na nagbebenta ng mga dvds sa 4th floor.. dalawa kasing stall yun, yung nabilhan ko halos puro viva release ang benta lng.. pero last piece na yung nakuha ko.. ang natirang 3d na lng dun ay beauty and the beast.. pero marami pang ibang 2d bluray na 499..

caveat lang the bluray 3Ds are really just that one bluray 3d disc of the movie and no additional discs or whatever extras baka lang isipin ng iba pareho ng US release na multiple formats w/ digital versions yung bibilhin nila
