The 3-day MOA sale starts today. Hopefully, Astro is an active participant.

Plenty of good deals on MOA Astro sale. I saw Constantine and Batman Forever marked down to P350. Shindler's List and Gladiator 3 disc are down to P999 each. Land of the Dead P333. Amadeus director's Cut P350. Troy 2 DVD set P350. Corpse's Bride P275.

The DVD selection is not as huge as Astro Podium though.

Actually, it's not just in Astro MOA where these Warner titles were marked down. I think there's a Warner price reduction in all DVD stores.

Was at the MOA yesterday to check out the mall sale and dropped by AstroPlus to check out the sale. I think the warner releases such as Constantine, Charlie and the Chocolate factory, corpse bride were down to 275 only. The new releases were not slashed down though. Yung other titles selling for P375 are down to P333. Then most of the Disney DVDs if not all are down to P299 again.

Di ko nakita yung Batman Begins. Mukhang ubos na. Was there late in the evening na.

May promo din running sa AstroPlus MOA during the weekend sale.

I came from MOA yesterday and Astroplus have a lot of good deals. I was there around 11am in the morning and there were a lot of people already checking the titles out, saw some familiar pinoydvd members also. I talked to boss jimmy and he said there are still a lot of titles coming because of the raffle...anyway got the following:

Memoirs of a geisha pink box P333
Kingkong with slipcase P475
Constantine 2-disc P275
Pink Panther P299
The family stone P299
Rent P333
All the Pretty horses P333
Walk the line with slipcase P299
In her shoes P299

Ill be going back there today just to check again. the most noticeable though is that a lot of warner snapcase titles are down from P275 to P225 which I think is the lowest warner has done for the last 2 years or so. Also saw grey's anatomy is down from P900 to P750 and other viva/fox titles (not including narnia). If you want to get a head on early better get there before lunch time since its a saturday i think it would really be crowded.

i was in Astroplus MOA this morning and got a few items:
The Island - P275
Must Love Dogs - P275
Charlie & The Chocolate Factory - P275
Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory - P275
Chronicles of Narnia LWW - P299
Ten Commandments 50th Anniv. - P650
i also got Just Like Heaven for P333 at the table outside the store since the same title is selling for P895 inside... strange

After reading here that Narnia is down to P299 I rushed to AstroPlus MOA.

A saleslady told me its 299 but when I was at the counter the cashier charged me P350.

I argued but the guy at the counter who I assumed was the manager confirmed it was
indeed P350. Bought it anyway, didn't want to go home empty handed sayang naman for P50
difference.

Can anyone confirm that the red cover 2-disc Chronicles of Narnia:LWW was lowered to P350
or the P299 is for the Narnia with 1-disc with the big lion face as the cover.

One thing with this kind of sale is ubos ang pera ko sa bulsa...Oh well but its worth it for collection. By the way saw Ms congeniality deluxe edition before 695 now 275 at The Landmark saturday fyi. Anybody know where I can find The fast and the furious and Monster Inc. Thanks

From what I saw sa poster about the promo, it is up to Oct 31 yung raffle nila.

Yung raffle tickets kasi nila is not given by the cashier. Meron pang isang girl na naghandle nung mga raffle tickets. Ilista pa kasi yung raffle number and name mo before they give you the raffle tickets.

Ask for the raffle tickets! Baka manalo kayo!!

the 2-disc Chronicles of Narnia LWW was indeed lowered to P299. although when i got to the counter they didn't remove the P350 stickers even when i confirmed the price, sabi nila they were going to change it (i guess they didn't) sorry to hear your loss even if it was only P51.
