Bad trip talaga pag APEX napunta ang shipping. Ang tagal na, wala pa way to track in real time.

One item i ordered Monday pa last update showing:

Hanggang ngayon wala pa din.

May issues ata ang Amazon ngayon sa FedEx at UPS kaya nagtiyatiyaga sila ngayon sa APEX/ECMS/Ninjavan. Lugi pa rin ata daw yung FedEx at UPS kahit high volume customer ang Amazon.

Dahil sa APEX, sa Shipping Cart ako ulit nagpapaship papunta dito. Walang kwenta yung tracking ng APEX tapos ang bagal pa nila. Dati 4-5 days lang sa UPS pero ngayon two weeks or more tapos laspag pa yung box pag dineliver ng Ninjavan. Paring hinagis lang yung packages at halatang hindi iniingatan yung handling. Kahit inconsitent ang shipping speed ng SC, dumadating naman lagi ng maayos yung package.

^noticed nga na iilan lang ang na ship via UPS sa mga orders ko. Mostly APEX ang lagpak.

Kaya anxious ako to see kung anong shipper ang lalabas once my orders gets shipped.

And yes, medyo hindi maganda handling nila ng packages. Yung iba plastic packets lang at wala na sa box ng amazon which should be the first layer protection for the package.

Mukhang nawala pa ni APEX yung order ko that i placed last July 2 pa. Monday pa din yung huling status update.

Mauuna pa dumating yung na order ko nung 6 which is already out for delivery today.

I ordered a radar detector from Amazon last July 6, it arrived yesterday July 13 so it took only one week! How do you know which shipping company delivered it?

Si fedex lagi sa akin pero ingat kasi nawawala items “kuno” kawawa din si amazon.

Amazon do not track most of these returns anymore. I think they do not have enough man power to check all the returns and replacements and just focus all or majority on sales and customer support.

someone told me that they do not even put back the returned items anymore in their stocks and just disposes them off.

kaya madalas may makikita sa HMR and other surplus store may label pa ng amazon, naka indicate na defective/damaged/etc

So just to update, Item i ordered last July 2 did not arrive yesterday which is the delivery date. I have requested for a refund already but Amazon gave me $5 store credit and asked me to wait another day.

I have my doubts already since last week that this will be delivered and i think the courier (Apex) already lost the package somewhere.



I have another order which will be delivered today via Apex which is on schedule naman but had an arrangement with Amazon already and they advised me to just decline the delivery. buti tumawag si Apex to confirm. told the delivery guy na wag na tumuloy at i-return to sender na lang yung package. he asked lang for me to text him na i was declining para maipakita niya sa office nila.

Amazon gave me another $5 credit for that and also a refund of the shipping charge ($25.72) for the defective item i ordered a couple weeks back.

All other items i ordered the past week were delivered (via UPS for the last 2) with no problems at all.

amazing service by Amazon talaga! mas madalas pa ako mag open ng Amazon app compared sa Facebook. mas magastos nga lang.  ;D

yup. i always pay in USD but mga 3 or 4 years ago, may isa akong purchase na mas mataas yung USD compared sa PHP. nag screenshot kasi ko parati in PHP para ma compare ko.

Received a call from ECMS regarding the package delivery i declined the other day. Confirming that i did decline it and asked for it to be returned to sender.

2 items i placed in one order yesterday, both sold and shipped by Amazon, were shipped separately. First one was shipped via Apex and the other one via UPS.

got tired of waiting for this one order that i placed last July 2nd. Requested a refund na earlier.




Emailed ECMS US and provided other tracking numbers that were successfully delivered to same address. feeling ko talaga nawala ito and not just an issue with the address. baka mag nagka interest either sa customs or sa last mile carrier nila.
