I have a setup similar to yours pero mas high end lang gamit ko na PC speakers, CDR King na 2.1 :)  What I did was add a subwoofer and the they effect was tremendous. with 15K budget, try to add a subwoofer first, since you would be eventually be buying a sub, then add the amp and the rest of the speakers after. Check out Pioneer, Jamo and Wharfedale subwoofers as these are the one that would fit your budget or go for used ones at the Buy and sell section.

^ THank you sir for reminding , sa living room po ito approximately 22sqm. im not sure sa budget sir , mejo tight po. bang for the buck sana. im currently using a logitech z623 with my TV. medyo bitin lang ako. im thinking of adding studio speakers(edifier studio). But for a moment i thought its not wise , might as well go for DIY HT setup. thanks!

I need some help choosing a speaker and i don't know if this is the right thread and i hope some of you guys can help me!!!!

So I'm planning to buy a Bluetooth Speaker and I'm having a hard time choosing which are the Bose Sounlink 3, Marshall Stanmore, Sony SRS-X7 and one more thing I know they are available in the Philippines but i don't know where i can purchase them with the lowest price tag on the market. I know the Bose and Marshall are worth 20k at Digital Walker and 20k also for the SONY on their stores locally, can anyone lead me to a audio store where they sell there stuff a little cheaper. I just want a bluetooth speaker that can FILL the whole room - Suggestions are welcome also for other brands of speakers

Thank you in Advance

Yes that will suffice. Big improvement na yan from the satellite speakers.

Yamaha + Wharfedale may not be the best match.
If you already have the Yamaha AVR, you might want a more bright sounding speaker to match the warm Yamaha Sound. Try to audition Polk or Boston Acoustic speakers.

Next time bili naman ako ng surround 121 or 122 then next magandang sw naman.

Thanks.

Kung talagang malaki ang sala mo, I would go for TSX 330 pati surrounds. IMHO, nothing beats surrounds that can go lower than 50hz without rolling off.

Looking to upgrade my MA BR2 series for new front ported bookshelves with a wide off-axis sweetspot for nearfield listening and close-to-wall desktop placement. I prefer a smooth laid-back but detailed sound signature while still having punchy transient response.

Currently using a Windows PC source running JRiver Media Center 18 (FLAC, MP3 playback), NAD C326BEE, HRT Music Streamer II USB DAC and an SVS SB12NSD sub in a 2.1 setup for 100% music.

Appreciate any recommendations for a budget of <50k to guide me on my hunt.  :)

Kef LS50 try to audition sir.

Pinakinggan ko kanina lang. Very nice! Super smooth at detailed with a midrange to die for kahit medyo challenging yung demo songs (lalo na yung baritone male vocals a la Leonard Cohen na magandang pang test ng bass boominess) at acoustics nung listening room. Ang gusto ko dito designed siya as near field studio monitor so swak sa application ko. Sa tingin ko na non-fatiguing siya for extended listening without sounding too laid-back or veiled.

Yung Martin Logan Motion 15 naman. )&)#(*%_)*_@!!@@% Napa WTF ako. Very unassuming small speakers pero hayop sa clarity, stereo imaging at bass depth and definition. Best bookshelf na audition ko so far in terms of fun factor. Very similar sa sound signature ng ATH-M50X headphones ko which also made my jaw drop nung una ko rin napakinggan.

Ranking ko ngayon:
2. KEF LS50
3. Dali Lektor 2 (Smooth at detailed din with excellent transient performance with full bodied mids and decent bass, makes everything sound nice which I like)
