Hi! I'm a long time customer of Johnny Air and would like to address this issue for sometime. With due respect to the policies and arrangements of Johnny Air in regard to the facilitation of delivery of incoming packages, may I comment that "offloading" of cargo seemed to be getting frequent. As a consumer, I am not really particularly concerned about the specifics or reasons because that is dwelling on your arrangement with the carrier. I can understand if this is the peak season, but it's not.

As a "regular", my concern is parochial, i.e. - to ensure that that my package arrives safely in the most immediate time, subject to limitations imposed by the amount I paid to Johnny Air. As a member of PDVD, I shared many of fellow members' concern about the delays and I hope that management will address and somehow act with dispatch to mitigate this.

As I stated earlier, this is not meant to disrespect Johnny Air, as I hope to continue utilizing its services for my future purchases. May I add that your staff have been courteous and helpful in my inquiries especially Myla and Pacing. Please take this as a "constructive criticism" toward improvement of service.

Ask ko lang paano nagwowork ang Johnny Air? Ilalagay ko ba and address nila sa Amazon shipping address ko? Then I will pay for the item and then email them? How about sa ebay ilalagay ko din ba yun address nila dun? Matagal na ako bumibili sa ebay and pinapaship ko na nalng directly sa address ko sa Amazon bago pa lang ako kaya I am not sure If I will just let it shipped to my address then makukuha ko na or dapat gamitin ko Johnny Air to buy stuff from Amazon

Hi;

  I'm a new client of Johnny Air. I see mostly positive reviews but I would like to share some negative experiences. I buy blu rays from Amazon in quantities of 5 or 7 to make the 2 lb limit. My first transaction was
satisfactory. For my 2nd batch, I advised them I would be sending 7 items to them. They charged a hefty consolidation fee but bungled the job leaving 1 item behind. After being informed if I wanted to have the item shipped or to add some more items. I advised them that I would add a couple more to make the weight.
I nearly blew my top when they shipped my new items separately despite arriving the their NY office almost simultaneously. What really galls me is they did not deliver the item that was left behind in my 2nd batch. I do not know if that item is already lost or what. Or is this a deliberate attempt to milk their customers. Johnny Air is definitely not multi item friendly. I've transacted with them 3 times and they bungled up twice. Ms Ballesteros, if you are reading this, please fix the kinks in your company. I'm a PinoyDVD member. Is the $6/lb rate they charged me correct?

be patient with A1 Courier Services. one time when my package was shipped thru them, I had 3 delivery attempts for my package because no one else was there to sign.

In my online purchases from various music suppliers like musicdirect and acoustic sounds, amazon and US ebay, they used USPS, Fedex or UPS. I haven't encountered any problem about JAC-NY or JAC-NJ not having someone to receive the item because these couriers usually deliver during office hours on workdays (i.e., Mon-Fri). I also tracked a courier (forgot which) having a successful delivery on a Saturday (U.S. time).

May I add that despite having some issues with respect to occasional "offloading", I find it reassuring to talk to Myla, who I always consider to be the "JAC angel". She's courteous, polite and always very helpful.

Ok so its already October 18, 2011. 7 days have passed and here was what happened.

October 11, 2011 - A1 resent my package the next day to JAC NJ and fortunately someone was able to receive it named as R. Lai.

October 18, 2011 - Then today October 18, 2011, I updated my package and was told that it left JAC NY last October 13, 2011 and I should expect it on or before October 20-21, 2011. It was still currently offloaded in China (which I think is prevalent in most of JAC Users here)

Anyways, no biggie, Im just hoping to get it in due time before the weekend.

Updating this one soon.

I bought 2 books from amazon and let it shipped using JAC-NY. The cost is around 600 pesos for both books and shipping weight is 11.4 ounce and 1.2 lbs. And the charge is like 1,236 pesos?  Do you think this is just ok?

I've been informed of JAC adjustment in rates from USD 5.50 to USD 5.99 per lb for non electronics and handling fee from USD 2.50 to USD 5.00. Importing items really made more expensive. I hope they will reconsider because this will have an impact on regular customers, vis-a-vis frequency, volume and weight of shipments/packages.

Hi guys. How much is the consolidation fee of JAC? I ordered 5 items from Amazon, yung isang item was delivered agad to JAC's NJ office. Yung 3 items naman in "Shipping Soon" status, while the remaining one is in "Not Yet Shipped".
