we remember the man for his 'novelty' songs. unlike the disposable drivel being churned out on radio and tv, those songs will still be around 20 years from now. it's insulting, in a way, to associate the novelty song as we know it to yoyoy villame. his songs are hardly intelligent, but at least they're not presumptuous enough as to insult other people's intelligences.
