HK 3390 = warm
PSM Image B5 = warm but with detailed highs
Combi = warm with detailed highs

base actual set-up.

Currently running at 80, 80, 100 for my fronts, center and surrounds.

Sub setting is at 120 hz. +3db hot.

Both subs are in front

I like the overall sound

Not really, nasa Safe side kasi ang NAD + PSB combo, meaning maganda yung combo nung dalawa..

My Image actually sounded nice with My Yamaha Receiver even for 2 channel music listening..

Try pairing it with Rotel or Marantz and see if you will like the combination..

Ask Marc of AVSHOP kung pwede ka mag home audition with Rotel and Marantz.. He carries both.. I'm sure papayag yun pag nagkakilala kayo.. Isa sya sa mga mababait na sellers dito sa pinoy dvd...

I believe Rex has Rotel. When I tried the older ra06se with the image the pairing wasn't impressive. The sound got thinner. Marantz and psb will be a better match.

I agree that Rotels sound thinner aka 'lean' sounding. They do extend detail retrieval though. I owned the Rotel 1520 way back. Sold it.

If lean's your style, they may be for you.

)

To be paired with the B6, and with a potential acquisition of a Rega RP3 in a year or two.

the three amp options are all good. good, better and best matching na lang with B6.

I use a 38 watt el34 push pull amp for my b6... Tapped to the 4 ohm tap, drives the speakers with gusto.

For ht, I use a Denon 2113 avr.

Spent some time listening to the imagine mini coupled with it's dedicated stands. Ganda! Yun lang the stands cost 16k, mas mahal pa sa ibang fullsized bookshelves.
