Bluetooth Keyboard
« on: Nov 24, 2008 at 04:12 PM »
I heard that you can get virus on your cellphone thru the bluetooth connection.  Is this also possible in our HTPC if we use a bluetooth enabled keyboard like the logitech dinovo mini?  If yes, how can we avoid it?  TIA

AFAIK, you will only be affected by a bluetooth virus if you readily accept other devices without knowing where the signal comes from. Meaning, if you only pair the htpc and the bluetooth KB and not accept "unknown" bluetooth devices youll be safe from these virus.
