i read your post and everyone says the audio quality is good.
hows the 610's picture quality compared to its smaller siblings the 420 and 220?

ah ok,i thought na test mo sya side by side dun sa store

di ko na test side by side yung dv610 and dv50. pero super happr ako sa dv50, in fact i use it more than my blu ray player and has prompted me to keep buying DVDs. ganda ng colors, very natural, may depth yung picture at ang smooth ng motion (HDMI upscaling). minsan di pa rin ako makapaniwala na DVD lang ang pinapanood ko. to think na i buy locally released DVDs.

for music purposes naman, naka connect siya via L&R analog sa reciever and the sound is amazing. i plan to give him a decent stereo amp to realize its full potential.

i thought about getting separate CD and DVD players but ultimately decided to get this to save some space. for movies i use the hdmi connections while for audio it's hooked up via analog. sa SM app store it still has a price of 29k.

Surviving pre. Not familiar with the latest dvd players though I've managed to keep my Pio 600 and 610 for audio purposes only since its SACD compatible. Got the 610 (store display daw) at Tramo Road (infront/across of Partas Bus Station) in a place that sells old Pio items which now sports the name Mixtrax. Not sure if they still have stocks.
