Since he's also based here in Canada, I'm guessing FutureShop or BestBuy.
That's where I got my pair of RTi A7s too for only $600 +tax or P22,680.
He definitely got a waay better deal than me.

Futureshop (re-branded now as Best Buy) during Boxing Day sale dito sa Canada, equivalent ng Black Friday sale sa US. Every year ganito ang price dito sa Canada during Boxing Day sale.

If you have relatives dito sa Canada abangan nyo December 26th every year. Maganda bumili sa Canada ngayon kasi mababa ang value ng Canadian dollar vs. USD pero ang price halos parehas lang sa US stores. I was in Billings, Montana yesterday at compare ko ng prices sa Costco and BB vs. Canadian BB/Costco. Parehas lang presyo kaya hindi na ako bumili, Safeguard soap(wala sa Canada), Beer and Wine na lang inuwi ko kasi sobrang mura talaga sa US.

Price is always CAD375 each, converting it to peso with the current exchange rate: 375x35.5 = Php26,625 + Tax. 10% average pero kung nasa Alberta ka 5% lang Tax.

P29,287 tax included... Geez, i might buy another pair come Boxing Day.

Maraming courier dito papunta dyan sa atin. Kung nasa BC ka $45 lang regular balikbayan box. Siguro me dagdag konti sa shipping pero sa laki ng price difference sulit na sulit pa rin kung dito mo bilhin kahit bayad ka pa ng shipping.

Kaya lang di sya kasya sa balikbayan box diba. Oversized sya.. Nag aaccept kaya ang courrier ng ganyan kalaki.. Pwde mag abang nalang ako ng sale. Ang problem baka hindi ma ship kasi hindi normal ang size

Afaik pwede kasi me odd box measurement sila pero mas mahal lang ng konti.

Mga ser im planning to get Rtia5 and csia6... medyo hirap lang ako magdecide sa receiver na gagamitin. Kung marantz 5010 or denon x4200... alin kaya mas lalabas yung ganda ng speaker. 125watts kc yung denon compare sa 100watts ni 5010. Salamat po mga ser.

X4200. make sure to lower the treble around -4 minimum kung X4200 with Rti's.

Akala ko din yun binding post. Hehe! I think it's a rubber footer. Baka swak yun sa mga ace hardware.

Ahahaha... kala ko yung binding post. Parang walang exact na ganyang rubber foot/stopper. Maybe you can check sa ace hardware or any DIY shop like what Master Konsi suggested.

Hi guys. Kakabili ko lang ng RTI A3. As of now, smsl sa-36a pro ang gamit ko. So far okay naman. Tried connecting them sa technics sa-ax720 pero mas full ang tunog sa smsl...

got a 2nd hand RTI A1 from our marketplace few weeks ago, so im looking for a matching integrated amp for the polks..

my friend lent me his HK 3770 for a week now, ok naman siya. detailed and "puno" ang tunog. until I stumbled upon Onkyo's A9010 integrated amp, having rave reviews and all praises for the 40watts per ch amp. Toyama and other stores naman cant do audition for the amp -- must buy na agad dapat. ano kaya tingin niyo sa combong ito? most reviews I see are on the "bright" side with an onkyo and rti combo, but not particular to the a9010.

tried NAD too, but it wasn't my taste lang. any other amp you can recommend?

Konti lang ba ang may Polk Audio speaker dito sa Pdvd at hindi masyado active dito?

I'm using RTi A3 - SVS SB100 - Marantz NR1403 receiver combo, minsan halos maghapon nakabukas yung sounds pero hindi tiring pakinggan. Sarap makinig kahit FM lang source ko madalas. Sarap din makinig sa gabi matutulog na lang ako di ko napapansin mag aalas dose na ng gabi pala. Yun pong naka RTi A3 ano ba experience nyo? Yung setting ko nga pla for sub LFE main kaya kahit naka direct gumagana yung sub.

I had a full RTi setup before, A3, A1 CSi A6. It was very good for movies but find it Fatiguing when listening to music, specially during high volume listening

Ngayon kasi moderate volume lang ang pinapayagan ni misis. max na siguro 70db. pero yung normal listening volume oks naman sa amin. Sa dami ng nagsasabing bright siguro bright talaga ang charasteristic nitong RTi. Just so happened na yung setup ko hindi ko pansin yung brightness. Revealing yung dating sa akin. Buti na lang, kasi ang hirap nung tiring makinig sa music dahil sa brightness habang tumatagal.
