Hi guys, question lang. I am subscribed to plan 780 but they upgraded me to plan 830. Now I am looking for the additional channels particularly yung TLC channel 29. Yun pa ang wala :( I have called them and ang dami naming troubleshoot na ginawa but to no avail. I requested for a Technician and a waived yung fee, but still waiting kung maaprove. Nangyari na rin ba sa inyo to? Any idea how to fix it?

Good day mga sir. Ilang araw na walang signal un cignal namin. Tried hard reset, pati po restore settings pero wala pa rin. Ano po kaya problem? Ses7-ne8 transponder tama po diba? Lnd, dual, correct frequency, lnb powering on for main box pero wala pa rin. Help. Thanks

A newbie Cignal subscriber here. So far, OK pa naman service which I got to test agad due to my only complaint so far, ang dali ngang mawala ng signal pag umulan ng malakas or medyo mahangin. Nasagot agad email ko then mabilis din sumagot sa phone. Kaasar nga lang talaga na narasanan agad iyong signal interruption.

Make sure your dish install is properly aligned.
Check signal readings when on clear skies.
