Got my account activated in less than 3 days. However, nagkaproblema naman ako sa ppv ng kay pacman vs mayweather. Nagemail sakin ang cignal right after i called telesales, with breakdown pa ng mga bayarin ko na 640 for the subscription and box fee plus 2000 sa ppv and 500 for installation, totalling P3,140. Nung nagpunta na installers, ang sinisingil lang sakin ay 1640 for the installation at walang nakaindicate na nag avail ako ng ppv. Suma total ang binayaran ko e 3640 para mapasama ang ppv. Sayang yung 500. parang walang proper coordination between cignal at territory partners nila. tsk

you didn't say that this was your cignal dealership pentium4... i paid for prepaid pac/may ppv last tuesday pero hanggang ngayon hindi pa rin naa-activate. how long does it usually take bago sya i-activate? sayang nga dahil 2.5k din binayad ko pero mukhang hindi naman ina-activate kaagad. you have about 6 contact numbers on your receipt pero either no answer or not working pag tinawagan ko?

i finally spoke to someone and got 500 refund back but still hasn't been activated

good thing we haven't loaded it yet... otherwise, will have a hard time for the rebate.
I believe I had it activated already earlier. you may check ch199 now.

We do batch loading, confirmation of PPV on load system, then verification with subscriber.

for postpaid accounts, you will have 500 rebate
for prepaid accounts, your 500 rebate will be converted to load instead pro rated to your current plan.

Napansin ko nawala na ang Sony Channel PH and Australia Plus sa Cignal Prepaid 590.

Instead, ang pumalit ay Warner TV HD.

P.S.
With that said, it would be nice kung nag-expand ang Cignal ng Prepaid plans.

Personally, I wouldn't mind kung gumawa sila ng Prepaid 990 =)

I'm on Cignal Prepaid 590 HD and both channels are still on. I would not mind a more expensive plan basta maraming HD channels madadagdag.

Oh that's good to know.

Anyways, personally I feel na mas maganda if they did two things:
-Make plans in denominations of 100 units (in short, remove plans 175 and 430 ; instead create further prepaid plans like 700, 800, 900 and 1000)
-Move the position ng Cignal logo sa Animax channel 34.

Btw, I just realized na meron pala Cignal TV using PLDT Fiber Optic.

Yung TV sa loob ng PLDT Makati Headquarters (Ramon Cojuangco building). Meron Cignal TV sa Customer Service waiting area tapos yung STB nya naka-kabit using Category 5/6 broadband ethernet wire. Tapos ang linaw ng Fox Movies Premium HD. Nice talaga =)

P.S.
Meron rin kaya ang Cignal para sa PLDT DSL? Stable pa rin ba sya? (Or mas advisable ba na Fiber Optic ang gamitin)

Tanong ko lang sa mga Cignal insiders. Talaga bang ang tagal ng mga Cignal customer service to attend your concern? Concern ko kasi gusto ko sana i-convert to prepaid yung HD account ko kasi naka 2 years na ako sa cignal last may. Nag email ako last monday den yung automatic reply lang tapos hanggang ngayon wala pang action si Cignal. Gusto ko nalang ipa putol yung account ko kasi ang hina nila sa customer service.

Talaga bang you have to pay VAT on top of your plan? First time ko with cignal and akala ko pag plan 830 ka, all you pay is P830 a month. But was surprised to see vat being added to it. I believe we have a law na dapat inclusive na yung vat sa prices, specially pag contracts like these.

Sa Sky Cable, included na yung VAT sa Plan price - I am on Dual Def Plan P990, this is all that you pay, they even break it up in the bill: Charges = 883.93, VAT (12%) = 106.07 = P990

Although there's no law that prices should incorporate the VAT (e.g., most restaurants incorporate, some like Wendy's do it as an add-on), customers naturally feel bad when it's added on. You can complain, or best action is to switch!

Subscription Charge P741.07
12% VAT 88.93
Total P830.00

Baka nagkamali lang sila sa statement n'yo.

Sir possible ba na mag install ng 2nd dish sa 2nd house ko para pag uuwi kami dun yung card or digibox na lang ililipat ko? Umuuwi kasi kami dito twice a month para may cable tv din kami pag umuuwi.

May nakita ako na nagbebenta ng 2nd hand dish. Si cignal kasi ayaw ako bentahan dapat daw new maintaining account.
