It seems i need an internal HDD for my sidewinder to get the jukebox function to work with my movies (get the info from the net). Where can I get a cheap one? And is it compatible with almost all the HDDs there?

I used seagate momentus and it is compatible. There is a compatibility list of hdd in the xtreamer website.

I had a similar experience. What I did is unplug the unit and plugged it again. So far it happened only once.

Send it back since may warranty pa, may sira daw and papalitan nila.
Good thing under warranty pa.
This is an earlier model, worry ko lang baka kahuyin to come up with the new unit instead of upgrading.
As long as it will work, pag nasira uli sana under warranty pa.

I had mine exchanged with the vendor. that stand is the Achilles heel of the xtreamer. It will break if the xtreamer fall on its side which can easily happen if you are adjusting the cables. I reinforced the thin plastic tip of the replacement with tape.

My stand is also broken, as it won't hold its place any longer. I used a double-sided tape to fasten it back. Is the replacement of the stand covered under the unit's warranty?

Guys, may tanong lang ako about sa xtreamer.. Mahina ba talaga yun sound ng video pag naka ac3 yun audio? Minsan din merong mga mkv na mahina pero d naman lahat..

Help on how to enable internet on our Xtreamer?
I used wired LAN setup ,DHCP IP(auto), provider is Bayan DSL.I did not provide any DNS.
It says no network connection.
I also tried using static IP but same result.
I run ipconfig to get the IP address.

My first FW upgrade attempt to v2.4.2 failed.  Laging naka-flash na lang yung large Xtreamer logo sa screen, and continuous blinking of the orange light.  Had to download the Emergency Flash for v2.4.2.  Buti na lang the emergency flash procedure worked the first time.

Ok na ang Xtreamer ko for v2.4.2.  Tested it on 1 movie na.  YouTube feature seems to be working ok as well.

Hello my fellow Xtreamer users!

Mga sir question lang po. Wala pa kasi akong HDD para sa xtreamer ko. Capable bang ma play yung mga .m2ts format sa xtreamer? Nasubukan ko na kasi using flash disk, pero sinasabi niya invalid file daw.

Pano ba ma pplay yung mga .m2ts files sa xtreamer?
