Service Center Reliability of LCDs
« on: Nov 01, 2010 at 04:34 AM »
My mother intends to buy a 32" LCD for the guest room. Since most of the time it will be used for cable or DVD, I suggested the Toshiba cv700. However, my mom is concerned about the service center of Toshiba if it is easy to find one and if it also easy to talk to them in case the TV gets busted.

How would you say the Toshiba service center fares relative to the other service centers? (Sony/Samsung/Sanyo/Etc). Madali bang maghanap ng parts? Mahal ba sila sumingil?

Matibay din ba yung 32" cv700? What other options do you suggest that isn't that expensive. I don't need the full HD and other feature stuff. Pang guest room lang naman. Thanks.

Based from other reviews, LG daw talaga ok when it comes to service. And mura lang din naman 32 nila na hd ready, yung entry level nila nasa 20k lang i think.

Marketing Genius lang ang Samsung.
Based on my experience, puro marketing lang sila at dissatisfied ako sa aftersales nila.

LG Best Bang for the Buck + Awesome aftersales  = FTW!! :)

Ibang klase ang aftersales service ng LG maski na outside the warranty period. LCD computer monitor lang pero talagang pinuntahan pa dito sa house ko. Sila na din ang nag-pull-out and returned the unit after a few days.
