I bought this item at Sights & Sounds, and after the delivery team mounted it to my wall, they set the TV to auto mode to look for channel then left . After it was done searching for channels, it changes the default channel settings to a new one (I'm a current destiny subscriber). For example, i can't find the UHF channels like ch 2-13, the MMDA channel, which is channel 3 is at channel 6.
Tried calling Sight and Sounds but they mentioned that i have to manually set it. He even told me that all LCD TV should be configured manually.
A friend of mine bought a sony LCD last year, and he told me that when he plugged the cable wire, he did not configure or do any channel programming.
Need help for LH35 owners. TIA
