oks lang un... bawi na lng talaga... EPIC Fail this season... at least umabot ng finals and won 2 games against the Mavs. Miami will still improve!
Epic Failure only because of EPIC entrance. But technically, Miami already overachieved by winning the Eastern Conference Finals. Many (including me) in this thread and practically everywhere predicted that Miami won't even make it to the Finals di ba? Sabi natin nun, la yan Miami, di lulusot yan sa Boston. Kung lumusot man sa Boston yan, la yan sa Chicago. Kesyo walang sentro na magaling at walang point guard na mahusay. But look, they beat Boston and Chicago, 4-1 each (tama ba?). And lest we forget, they were haphazardly formed. So yun jelling and chemistry kulang pa talaga. So technically, oks lang na No.2 sila right?
Yun ngaaaa laaaaang kasssseeeee, ang lakas ng arrive ng Heat from LBJ's departure from the Cavs to the Preseason ceremonies, up to Lebron's "Now or Never" twit and yun pag ubo ubo pa ni Wade and LBJ. Had LBJ and the Heat been more, uhhhh subtle and subdued, in other words, hindi masyadong mayabang and dating, baka we would be a little more forgiving. E hindi eh. Kaya dumami ang haters.
Remember, Dallas also went through similar frustrations in the past. In 2006, malakas din ang Dallas nun. Na 2-0 nga nila ang Heat di ba? But they lost. The next year, they had homecourt advantage sa playoffs pero tinalo sila ng Golden State. Si Dirk I guess was MVP then? Tumba din sila. Dami nilang talo sa playoffs kaya they earned the reputation of being Chokers. But yun nga lang, "mababait" sila eh. Good boys. Kaya oks lang. Alang haters. Maybe, you don't root for the Mavs but you don't hate them. Unlike the Heat. Not enough that you don't root for them. You gotta hate them
Understandable naman kasi, it was also their doing, especially LBJ. They attracted so much attention and hype. Thus expectations to win went to the roof.
But let's face it, guys. This Miami Heat team, whether you hate them or you really hate them
, this team caught our fancy. And probably they will in the years to come.
