Good day mga sir, just recently acquire Samsung LA32C530 with USB feature that can play some of the latest movie formats such as MKV. This unit is also equipped with an audio optical output. Plan ko po kasi na gamitin yung USB feature nya since nakaka-play naman sya ng mkv files (advisable po ba ito na gamitin ko as an alterantive to NMT?).
How about using USB input and play MKV movie file at i-connect ko po sa receiver ko using yung audio optical output nya, does it can give me 5.1 channels digital audio or just plain 2 channels? The unit has a feature "DTS 2.0 + digital output". According po kasi sa nabasa kong review, it can only give stereo channel contrary to another review saying that it can give 5.1 channel by just hooking it up to an AVR and according naman po sa manual, it can give only 2 channel stereo unless the unit detected DTV signal to give 5.1 channels. Any of you guys na naka-try na nito?
