Has anyone tried the version 3 of the nbox? It's 1080p, can play mkv, H264 etc. and only costs P2,500 - the cheapest nmt in the market, I think.

I guess you can drop the N, because it's not networked. I don't think the T part will be appropriate as well, since it does not have internal media storage (the tank part).

Stand-alone media player ata siya, like mga older WDTV and Imation players. Though the price is indeed very attractive.

Nbox N82 uses amlogic 8626h chipset with simple black front panel design. Internet function was not included to reduce overall cost. It has HDMI output and uses cpu + dsp decoding to easily display in high definition at 1080p. If you like watching high definition movies and a little tight in your budget, the nbox N82 is a great choice.

Any review on this..? sabi kasi walang HDMI cable na kasama...maganda ba PQ? hindi ba namimili ng External Hard disk. pwede ba kahit naka enclosure lang..? pwede rin po ba yung mga portable na walang external power source na external harddirve?

OO, nga sa mga malalaking MKV tulad nang The Dark Knight...hirap siya, pero may DTS decoding......pero ang WDTV na 4K ganoon din, wala pang DTS decoding.
