di ko sure sir, check nyo reviews online
The SC-PT75 can decode both DD and DTS. It just doesn't show in the dvd/avr display window. You do can check it on the screen when you press the "functions" button on your remote.

salamat mga sir... im trying to help a friend... he is planning to buy one of this, ang tanong lang niya eh kung kaya ba nga mag decode ng DTS...

again, salamat po sa pagsagot... :D

Mga Sirs.

Please give me an input po.

External HDD       ->     TV    ->     HT
                        USB          OPTICAL

Kapag nakabili na ako ng Media Player:
Display - Media Player  ->  TV
                                         HDMI

Sound - Media Player     ->           HT
                                          OPTICAL

Please, SONY DAVDZ310 or PANA SCPT-75

Maraming salamat mga Guru

^ I suggest you get the one with Optical so you can enjoy the 5.1 surround sound of your media player.

I need help! For SC-PT75 users...hanggang 50 lang ba talaga volume niya? And how come whenever I use the USB function to play downlaoded tv series episodes (350mb files), hindi nag fufull screen sa tv? Naka 16:9 naman yung setting ng DVD player but it still doesn't show in full screen. Help guys! Thanks! :)

For those using this system, what's the level of your center and surrounds?

Thanks.

Sorry with my previous post. The DTS shows up in the display window though briefly for DTS encoded discs. The volume level can only go up to 50 so if mahina yung audio source mo you have no other choice.

hi coastal, tanong ko lang kung NMT ang source na ginamit mo when you played movie with DTS/DD 5.1 ?

kasi am looking for a cheap HTIB than can decode DTS/DD coming from NMT players.

Optical lang ang digital input nito so if you use it, it should decode the DTS signal. Been using it in the office and dun nakainput yung audio ng bluray player but its downmixed to standard DTS since bd discs audio are usually encoded with DTS-HD Master. Ok lang yun except yung Apocalypse Now audio di nya ma-decode. Don't know why kaya sa tv lang yung audio nung pinanuod ko dito sa office,
