Meaning at that frequency, half a wavelength is about 7 feet. Moving your sub (away from you or closer to you) in increments upto 7 feet will let you experience the different relationships from in-phase to out-of-phase (for that frequency). However, it's a tricky compromise, as you may have gotten the 80Hz band right, but the rest of the other frequencies may not work to your liking. Iba iba kasi ang group delay ng gamit in relation to frequency, saka there's a T/A issue pa to consider. Factor-in mo pa yung relative position ng gamit and nung listener, kaya mahirap talaga iperfect (let alone gumawa ng malawak na sweet spot). The greater the frequency overlap, the more interaction... making it more critical to get things right.

Congrats ulet sa master dedicated HT room sa new mansion with matching all new gear. Dadayuhin namin yan master.

Yes master. That is, hindi pa kasama yun room nodes. I think there's no perfect response at all the frequencies. best compromise lang talaga. What would happen, let us say, that you are out of phase at 70hz pero all the 3 nodes of your room is also 70hz?

You mean room modes? (nodes are different)

It may work for certain positions in the room (like your small sweet spot), but it will also change the experience in other areas of the room. It may even excite the room more, if they are in phase when hitting the room's surfaces. It is a case per case thing, so it's normally best to try it.

Naubusan na ng budget ka umaasa na lamang sa mga retasong pinagbaklasan ng mga paleta ng junkshop. Kinukumpleto pa ang gamit. Intero\ior aesthetics will be made form 95% recycled materials kaya kung mga retasong kahoy kayo or mga lumang pallets, pwede niyo nang ibato dito? Hinhantay ko pa yun 6 pallets galing sa mga monobloc amps ni master Ivan from his penthouse system.

Marco, dami na palang sasakyan ang nagpa-install syo. Ayaw mo pang gastusin yun limpak limpak mong salapi. Kapag bumili kami ulit, sana less 75%. Para puhanan price na lang.
