Saan makikita yang latest drivers? May improvement kaya yan sa tunog o sa itsura lang ng interface mismo? Takot kasi ako at baka magloko pa siya. hehehe

The 02 measures better than the 01 with a 24-bit feed. Though as with anything audio-related, yung final judgement should be reserved until after using/hearing both items (afterall, most 24-bit recordings don't fully utilize the format's potential anyway). Sa 16-bit pareho lang (aside from the more authoritative character daw nung 02), since both are able to make the most out of 16-bit data for the most part.

Yung 03 maganda daw pag nakakabit sa USB 3.0. Pag sa 2.0 daw nakakabit parang kinukulang sa kuryente kaya deteriorated yung tunog (based on reviews from Thailand and China).

As for the new drivers, may performance improvement daw sabi nila. Eto yung link:

Thanks master Paul for coming. We recently installed and tested the encore usb sound card interface. 24/48 lang siya. But even if we upscale it to 192 via foobar, i think the interface automatically downsamples it to 48. It was so so sooo easy to install. I just need to restart the pc and plug/unplug the interface whenever switching from HT to audio. But it works! Darn i gotta get my hands on a musiland interface.

Master Paul plans to ship a 20 foot container for starters and sell.

Also did some cable rolling. ICs and speaker cables. Master jedi guru Stagea should drop by again. My audio system sounded different na. And "silver" cables it is.

Sayang busy ka kasi kanina. 16/48 siya based sa manual. Even if we upscale to 96KHz or 192Khz using the upsampler of Foobar, may sound pa din. Sa Musiland, pag 192Khz files hindi na tumutunog. Both tested via optical out.

Parang squeezebox yan most likely, may sample rate conversion tapos dinadrop yung least significant bits. Pwedeng pwede na pantawidgutom ni Master Nelson bago dumating yung Linn Klimax DSM na regalo ni misis.

Never has the Chris Botti and Diana Krall concert looked better. I have receded to the fact that pangit ang lighting conditions for video recordings nun dalawang concert na yun. May igaganda naman pala. Screen shots should definitely follow later. Maghugas muna ako ng plates.
