I think for these sizes and budget, bigger 720p vs smaller full HD.  I was able to buy a 26" TCL TV for around 14+k.  I also bought a 24" full HD TCL for 10+k.  More for cable viewing use than anything else.  For the price, am satisfied with the PQ.  At least I liked it more than the Sanyo.  Audio quality is not so good but most flat panel TVs especially at these sizes and prices will most probably be crap.
