congrats, nice set up. Parang ang lapit nga ng screen sa viewing area or baka naka wide angle lang ang camera lens. Nag MTB karin pala sir. Join ka PMTB.

@Van: DIY Lang po ^___^ 2 sides naman kasi ng mga shelves yung nakadikit sa wall kaya pwede nang hindi mag L bracket

@Fatty Acid: Black Out Cloth Sir. Actually mali pa nga eh, kasi pagka white yung pinoproject na image, kita pa yung wood braces sa likod. Pag nagbabrowse ako sa net nakikita ko pa yung mga bwisit na dos por dos sa likod, hahaha!. Saka ko na ayusin siguro

@Dandang: Uu, lapit talaga kasi liit lang talaga room ^__^ I'm contented with size of the projected image. Sir surry, ano po ba yung MTB?

May i know what are the specs of your HTPC? planning to build one kasi to replace my WD TV Live..

also, no plans of putting like a long Rack below the screen? i think it would help you display your stuff better..Opinion lang naman po...haha

Mukha kasing ikaw ang ok pagtanungan pag tungkol sa HTPC eh ^__^

1. I'm currently using an external soundcard from creative and i'm planning to upgrade. Will a jump from a 99db to 109 db be ok? Manonotice ba ang difference?

2. Eto medyo stupid question, hehe. Yung mga pc soundcards ba na may optical in kailangan nakaon yung pc para mapagana yung ibang devices na nakaplug? Gusto ko kasi dumaan yung ps3 ko sa soundcard. ^__^

3. Kung may high-end soundcard na ako, would you still recommend that I get an amplifier?

4. Should I just get an amplifier instead of a sound card?

no you will need a new receiver and set of speakers
but in your location i suggest getting a z5500

nope, my advise here is to get an htpc with a coax connection then use your ps3's optical out

yes, sound card is only for preouts. walang amplification yan so youll need a receiver or amplifier

YES IMO. sabi nila naririnig daw nila ang difference ng digital audio sa discrete soundcard and mobo internal spdif. ako kasi para sakin 1's and 0's lang yan

Wala masyadong magawa kaya gumawa nalang ako ng table/footrest hehehe. Got the materials from a wrecked cabinet. Saved my self some bucks

yung carpet sa gitna 1,300 lang sa SM, dun sa mga nakatambak na 50% off

Yung blue sa sahig hindi po carpet, nagpapanggap lang hehe. Vinyl lang na mukhang carpet na nabili ko sa ace hardware.

I'm currently using Logitech's Z-5400 Speakers and i'm wondering if it will be ok if I hook it up to a receiver. Ok ba yun, o di kakayanin ng speakers? Sabi kasi nung sales rep di daw kakayanin ng pc speakers.

bro z5500 should be enough for your space.

pero kung gusto mo talaga mag full setup pwede mo naman unahin yung receiver, then speakers pag may budget na.

try a-audio 7.5k lang yung all genesis bookshelf nila for 5 satellites speakers.
