mga sirs regarding sa remote conflict ng kaiboer according to digitag may lalabas daw na baging remote and h1055 n resolve na ang conflict. nabasa ko s tipidpc hehehe

Yes sir.. meron nga pong lalabas na remote and it cost 250 pesos.. the downside is we need to upgrade daw to the latest firmware..kaso based on TipidPC yung latest firmware ay nagkaroon ng issue with other audio formats..

Tanong ko lang sa mga Kaiboer users if the GUI of the latest 1073 running NMT (K130i, H1073,M1073) products are already updated to GUI 2.0 just like the Kaiboer H1055.

it's not the latest GUI but the original GUI po. If you notice may indexing feature ang H1055 which according to reviews the H1055 scans all your media to a central database. This make it possible to search for movies by name, sort by the most recently added, or sort by the most recently played. Your results can then be browsed by cover-art thumbnail or the traditional list. This feature is a plus on the latest 1055 chipset compared to the mature 1073.

here's the mini-sheet shown as thumbnail in movie searching using thumbnail option.

note that this will appear as thumbnail instead of a movie sheet which the other NMT do.

WDTV 1st Gen: No search function, no Copy/Move/Delete/Rename
H1055 has all these plus DTS downmix, MKV support, able to read ISO menu files, etc...

Sir so far OK naman po yung bagong firmware.. what I use is the one available sa digitag website.. Mas precise ang search function and the remote response mas naging OK nawala yung delay ng remote response. sa codec naman no issue pa naman.. I played a 40GB movie(AVATAR) no lag issue ok naman.. so far so good Im a happy camper with the firmware I installed..

magtatanong lang po sana ako kung meron mga movies na hindi mag-play ang english audio sa h1055. nabanggit po kasi ng isang seller na wala daw english audio kapag yung movie file ay 7.1 true hd.

Sir weewii anong file po yung hind nagpaplay and audio.. ang alam yung sa original firmware ganyan ang problema lalo na kung DTS HD MA po..nung nag-update ako ng firmware naging OK na po...as you can see one of the update on the firmware is Better DTS decoding po.. and what I did po is I set always set the HDMI to raw po...and my PIONEER VSX 520K shows DTS HD MA po.. with no issue po.. baka po yung naka experience nyan ay naka original pa po na firmware...

oh i see. thanks po sir jnazareta sa information. mamaya po pagbalik ko sa digitag, test ko po pareho yung h1055 and h1073. baka nga po hindi pa updated yung firmware pagbili ng h1055. clarify ko po ulit mamaya sa kanila.

Firmware upgrade notes:
1. Make sure USB is blank and formatted using Fat32 system.
2. Please make sure that you download the correct firmware for the
HD media player model you have. Downloading the incorrect firmware and plugging the usb drive to the player will bricked the unit and void the warranty.
3. Make sure when upgrading the firmware that you plug the unit to UPS. Power interruption during firmware upgrade process will bricked the unit.
4. If you are not sure, we can upgrade the firmware for you.
5. We will accept bricked unit and will send it to factory for repair for a service fee.

Firmware upload date:01/23/2011

Firmware version information = 335473, firmware date = 20101115 download here

If your media player firmware version is 335473 and firmware date is 20101115, then there is no need to update.

Firmware is for both h1055 and h1055plus HD media player.
Firmware features:
1. Update and optimize remote control on/off function.2. Fixed H1055Plus hard disk tray issue.
3. Fixed DTS-HD 7.1 issue.
4. Update movie file search function.
5. Upgrade some system features.
