NMT with 5.1 pre outs?

Hi, would just like to inquire if there is already an NMT with at least 5.1 channel preouts? im not using a receiver in my system and currently my pioneer dvd with 5.1 preout connects to a 5.1 jdlab preamp and then to a 6 channel power amp. thanks in advance!
