hi sir. according to an abenson sales personnel. the diff between the 2 is the c530 has a plastic bezel and plastic base while c550 has a crystal glass bezel and base which is better and less prone to scratches when your cleaning your tv. also the c550 has a rj45 lan jack. but i think they have the same panel which is a full hd 60hz. btw if your not in a rush to buy an new tv,i suggest you wait for the new 2011 models. the d550. i think theyll be out dis summer. they have all the features of c550 plus a 120hz refresh rate like the 2010 6 series. but they look the same as 2010 c550 models. i just hope the are price the same as c550.
