Topic: LG PK550 vs Panny 50x20

Came from SM Appliance Center Megamall kanina.  Looked at the Panasonic 50X20, and screen door effect was indeed noticable.  Sir wunder9 was right.

Came home with the PK550 today.     SM has come up with an additional deal for the PK550 which made it irresistable...

It would be a huge mistake to buy a smaller, more expensive and a non hd tv.

Grabe, nagulat ako kahapon nung meron nang libreng 22-inch LCDTV (22LC330 is priced at P13,990 at SM). So parang magkasing presyo na lang yung PK550 and 50X20...  Ayun, binalikan ko na agad kanina...  Di ko mabili kahapon at kasama ko family ko, at di na kasya sa oto.  Although tempted ako kahapon ipa-taxi na lang sila pauwi, mabili ko lang yung LG.

Thanks. When I tested the 50X20 before it was quite obvious that a 50incher can't get away with a 720p panel. SDE will be very visible no matter what material you watch, SD Cable, DVD, 720p or 1080p.
