Bass Shaker Installation
« on: Jun 22, 2013 at 04:50 PM »
Mga Kapatid, patulong naman.. :) I am planning to buy a new couch/sofa bed (L-type).  My concern is the manner of installing my bass shakers on it.. I have 2 pairs of bass shakers installed underneath my vintage sofa.  Your advices will surely be of great help.  Thanks!

Try mounting it sa plywood muna. And mount the plywood diagonally or perpendicular  to "spread" yun vibration as even as possible all over the sofa.

Sir Nelson, once naimount ko na sa plywood, pano po ang installation sa sofa without ripping anything off? :) hehe! Mas maganda po ba kung sa ilalim or sa likod ng sandalan?

Sa akin kc, L-shape din sofa ko. Sa ilalin ko kinabit. I remove the fabric that's covering the wooden frame inside.

Yes. You NEED to mount it sa wooden frame para stable.
Yes you need to return the fabric cover para di pasukin ng unwanted "pets". Baka ordinary stapler, staple gun or you can use thumbtacks.
