Westbrook actually was a SG all his basketball life up until college where he was paired with Darren Collison as the PG iirc.  He is playing PG for the first time in the NBA.

Many hate Westbrook but as far as i'm concern, he's just playing the same style as Derrick Rose do for CHI.
Mas maswerte pa nga si Westbrook he has a superstar in Durant playing along him.
Even CHI havent made a move moving Rose to the off guard whereas OKC already acquired the veteran Fisher to give some breathing room for Westbrook.

Let's just consider Westbrook as a BOMB always ready to explode and destroy their opponents but eventually can self destruct and hurt his own team.

somehow i dont agree. yes playing style may be the same but rose is the top guy on chicago. they live and die with him. westbrook on the other hand have kd. afaik kd is priority so rw needs to adjust his game and not the other way around. talent wise wala ako masabi kay rw, magaling talaga but his basketball iq needs improvement

I like the last part but comparing him to Rose? naah.. Rose is a leader, westbrook wants to be a leader and he won't listen.. there was a trade rumor between Westbrook and Rondo before the deadline, sayang..

comparing Derrick Rose to Russell Westbrick is like saying Derrick Rose is a ballhog  ;D

Russell Westbrick = Stephon Marbury/Steve Francis

Miami won because Jabronsky scored enough points and Durant didnt.

In other words, Miami will lose if LBJ chokes while OKC will lose if Durant is off.   ;D ;D ;D

Turning point of Game 3 was in the 3rd kanto where OKC seemed to be blowing the game wide open after establishing a 10 point lead with still a little over 4 minutes left but MIA kept their composure and slowly crawled back and even took a 1 point lead at the end of that quarter.

This is really a dream match up between Miami and OKC. Aside from the MVPs of LBJ and Scoring Champion awards of Durant.. ito pa yun iba:

Harden - 6th man of the year
Fisher - 5 Time NBA champion
Westbrook - Olympic Gold champion
Wade - NBA finals MVP and champion

Sino pa ba?

Sayang if nanalo si Ibaka nun defensive player of the year :)

Durant = versatile scorer

at this stage, wala pa siya at his prime ah. what more pa when he reaches his maximum potential?

or baka yung 3 point highlights lang niya ang napapanood mo kaya mo nasabi yan? :D

And don't forget, Juwan Howard a former All Star.  Peborit ko yan ang galing sa round robin ;D highest pointer sa round hahaha.

Howard is the third oldest active player in the NBA behind Kurt Thomas (39) and Grant Hill (39).  Fisher, at 37, is the 7th oldest player.  Next to Howard is Jason Kidd, Steve Nash and Marcus Camby.

Reggie?  I actually consider him underrated.  In the playoffs, he was arguably only second to MJ when it comes to clutch.

IMHO, si Ibaka talaga ang dapat nanalo na DPOY even though im a NY Knicks fan (the team Tyson Chandler plays for)

+1 to this. remember how he torched my Knicks in the early 1990's?  ;D

even MJ's Bulls had a difficult time against him in the late 1990's

Reggie Miller is probably one of the best perimeter players to move w/o the ball and use tons of screens.

the only other player i can think of who plays the same way is Ray Allen.

Watch the ESPN 30 for 30 feature film Winning Time: Reggie Miller vs The New York Knicks. Reggie Miller was spectacular! And to think he wasn't even the one Indiana fans wanted during the draft but local boy Steve Alford.

korek! miller is one of the greatest clutch shooters of all time. and KD's game is very different from that of miller. and you are correct in saying that ray allen is the closest to miller's mold. man i miss the good old days of the NBA.

today you get overhyped whiny kids with bloated egos and even more bloated pay checks but never really understands how to play the game at the highest level

hahaha! ang lupit mo sir at hanggang sa bench players nakita mo :) supporting cast na lang si Juwan Howard and it would be sweet to finally get his ring before he considers retirement. Si Fisher ang swerte talaga dito if manalo ang OKC.. hehe! naunahan pa si Kobe pero I really want LBJ to finally get his ring for redemption! Next sana na makakuha ng ring is si Steve Nash :)

On Westbrook.. As much as I cringe when Russel takes those jumpshots.. I still like him as a player and lalo na his energy. If he doesn't take those shots, Durant can't carry OKC alone so kelangan talaga mag score silang dalawa. Efficiency in shots na lang ang in question and decision making :P

Lebron and his chase down blocks.. lupet  ;D
