i got news for you! he disappeared in the OT vs. the Clippers as well! oh wait, what's new? lol.

yes he did tie the game for in the waning seconds of the 4Q to get the game into OT, but if you watch that replay, he travelled before he got fouled! oh, and did i already say he got 0 points in OT? lol.

The good thing is its happening early in the season for Maimi. If its proven that the CHOKER cant perform during the clutch, then Riley should tell Coach Spo to just field in Shane Battier and let WADE do all the clutch plays. Mahirap ksi pag may inaasahan k tapos laging sablay.

Now HOWARD showed why many teams would want to trade for him. 45 points and 23 rebs against the Warriors.
Orlando is still a decent team. Howard and Turguklu compliments each other very well. The missing pice in their puzzle is an aggressive Power Forward to help Howard with the interior on both offense and defense.

the biggest disappointment so far: New York.  lots of high profile signings, hundreds of millions of dollars spent to get Amare, Carmelo and Tyson and the results are the same. to top it all off they will add Baron Davis in a months time to the mix.

maybe they could get Jerry Sloan out of retirement to coach this team. Di Antoni clearly isnt getting the most from his players.

Golden State po yan....Biedrins is their only guy in the middle and he is as thin as a bamboo.

when he was up against the Lakers on the biggest stage of his career and facing the biggest and most talented frontline in the NBA he didnt look like Superman back then. In retrospect he was able to dunk the ball for the first time in the series during the 2nd quarter of GAME 3 already if im not mistaken.

NY should realize this soon. D' Antoni cant give them the trophy so they have to act early or the short season will just be wasted again despite all the talents they got with enormous amount of salaries.
Change the coach.

a lot of teams will try to trade for Howard even if they break the piggy bank so to speak but what turns off a lot of teams would be the package that is included in the Howard deal...and that is Turk's cap killer contract for the next 4 years. Max contract yung si Turk...parang kay Kobe ang sweldo nun but the talent level and the determination is far from what it should be.

dami talagang teams nabubulag sa laro ng players pag contract year.

Di naman sir, near maximum lang si Hedo:

Hedo - owed around $34m in the next 3 yrs.
Kobe- owed around $83mil in the next 3 yrs.

Ah ok..pero crippling pa run yung 34M na yun sa small market teams. Buti sana kung yung laro nya consistent eh. Yung 83M ni Kobe sulit yun. Pilay na nga play on pa din.

Yep 18 missed freethrow kaya hack a dwight talaga strategy nila kanina. I doubt kung tinuloy nila ganung strategy kung di nagmimintis si dwight kanina hehe

Kobe scores over 40 again but Lakers lose Blake for 3-4 weeks.. may problema na nga sila sa PG na-injure pa si Blake ngayong nakukuha na niya uli confidence niya.. health really is going to be the problem with the Lakers..

Celtics and Heat on losing streaks right now.. not much of a problem for the Heat but the Celtics just doesn't look like a contender this season.. and the East has gotten a lot stronger this season.. Hawks, Sixers and Pacers have gotten stronger.. Chicago and Miami will be the top dogs there and Orlando is still pretty decent.. it's going to hard for the Celtics if they can't get healthy..

Biggest surprise for me:

@JMcDonald_SAEN

Huge breaking news: The Spurs were actually able to schedule and conduct a practice this morning. First since start of season.

 :o

Sobrang madalian ang season ngayon, yung ibang team wala nang praktis-praktis.

The shortened season really is the reason why a lot of players are getting injured simply because a lot of them are not in playing shape.

Btw...Today is the battle of LA! I'm pretty sure the Mamba is up as early as now and is full of determination to prove that he is still the King of LA.

My tennis trainer said something hilarious this morning. I said, "O Lakers Clippers mamaya."

He said, "Sino yung Clippers sir, si Blake Griffin? Naku, parang Bisaya maglaro yon! Ang tigas ng katawan, ang lakes bumuhat!"

I cannot watch Blake now without laughing out loud haha.

(no offense to Visayans; I am married to one... But if you play basketball you know what he means hahaha.)

Pumapalo ka pala sir,...

What club do you belong sir,..?

cheers...

the Lakers should just trade Pau and Bynum now.. the way they're playing these past few games, parang wala rin silang twin towers eh.. Kobe lang lahat.. sinasanay na yata ni Kobe sarili niya sa pagkawala ng dalawa.. another 40pt game but they're on their way to a loss..

they really should address that PG spot rather than get Howard.. CP3 just killed them tonight.. Mike Brown knows it kaya major minutes for the rookie Morris.. kahit defender lang na PG na makasabay kahit konti lang sa mga mabibilis na PG like CP3, Rondo or DRose..

Mas importante kay Kobe na maka 40 points and up kesa manalo kanina. You can see the frustration of Bynum in the second half wherein he runs from both ends of he court only to get rebounds. A trade will do wonders for Bynums game. He can be a 20/20 guy if he gets the ball at least 25 times per game.

Sign of bigs with tired legs.   Got outrebounded by Clips, and were slow in transition in PnRs.  Chalk it up to a bad end of a back to back.

In hindsight, Im also worried about Kobe's usage rate.  This aint 2006 when he got kwame brown and Mihm as bigs...Bynum and Gasol should have more touches.

without the old triangle offense, binabwaya na ni Kobe ang laro and this will make the Laker's offense more predictable during the playoffs. typical Mike Brown style like what he did in Cleveland.
