i'm going to wait for their game in Miami's homecourt before i believe that OKC is the team to beat.

translation: i'm a Miami Heat and Lebron James fanboy and there's nothing you can do about it!

;D :D

leo, peace tayo ha.  :D

epic yung Utah @ ATL ah..  :o uso ngayon ang mga OT games  :D

LOL, look at Duncan's status at today's box score  ;D

Spurs list Tim Duncan as “DND – OLD”
The Spurs are the funniest team in the league you don’t know is funny. From their HEB commercials to Popovich clowning Shaq with a Hack-A-Shaq two seconds into the game, they come off as a boring club, but really, they’re pretty entertaining.

On the official roster that each team submits before the game, the Spurs announced that Tim Duncan would not play as he did not dress. Typically there’s a reason. “Rest,” or “Personal Reasons,” etc. But it’s open-ended. So tonight, the Spurs listed the following, on the official box score.

Tim Duncan: DND-OLD

this is funny.  ;D ;D ;D

since 1997.. Suns beat Blazers, 140-139 on Nov. 14, 1997.. this 4OT game only had 139-133 score.. just a few days ago, OKC-Min went to just 2OT but the final score was 149-140..

btw, OKC just dominated Miami earlier.. especially in that 4th Q.. ang daming easy baskets ng OKC.. Ibaka and Perkins had their way with the Heat big men.. this OKC team is almost a complete team.. deadly scorers in Durant and Westbrook.. tough big men in Ibaka and Perkins.. super-sub in James Harden.. plus the vet in Derek Fisher.. team to beat na talaga 'to..

too early pa in the season imho to proclaim them as such..let's see in June if they're still standing.. :)

knicks win again...
they are now .500..

but what bothers me is this..

jeremy lin dnp - coach's decision..

i mean was he injured? was the coach resting him? did he even suit up?

nakaka sira kasi yan ng morale and momentum if the coach wont play you and you are eager to play.

and he is playing above average.

Lin was nursing a sore right knee. He might play this Wednesday

Si Amare naman, out indefinitely with a bulging disc on his back.

According to fantasy update:

Lin (knee) is questionable for Monday night's game against the Bucks, the MSG Network reports. Recommendation: Lin left during the third quarter of Saturday's game with a sore left knee, but was able to return in the fourth quarter. He participated in Monday's shootaround, so it looks like he will try to give it a go. (Rotowire.com)

Or, this could be the start of the rumored return of Melo and STAT show -> more Baron, less Lin.

^parang mas na-miss ng Knicks si Billups sa playoff series nila VS Boston kaysa kay Amare. And Amare's been awful this year. Found this interesting:

Quote
Why Knicks might not miss Stoudemire

Amare Stoudemire is out indefinitely with a bulging disk in his back. The New York Knicks won without him on Monday, and are 6-1 this season in games that Stoudemire has missed.

But does that make New York a better team when Stoudemire is out of the lineup?

In the seven games Stoudemire has missed opponents have scored 89.4 points per game and shot 40.7 percent from the floor.

In the 43 games Stoudemire has played, the Knicks are five games under .500 (19-24). Opponents average more than 95 points per game and shoot better than 44 percent from the floor.

Stoudemire's plus-minus rating this season is -47. The only player on the Knicks with a worse plus-minus is Mike Bibby at -77.

it kinda sucked when they had to dump billups to get chandler.pero in hindsight,ok na din.(considering what happened to billups)

it amazes me that a guy like stat averages anywhere between 4 and 6 rebounds a game.plus,he's a sponge on defense.sana masapawan ng kaluluwa ni anthony mason itong si amare e.  ;D

Jeeezuz! LAkers need to stop losing big leads. I can't take any more of this Kobe shooting below zero and then killing the other team with clutch jumpers. That is fun to watch but I'd rather have more easy sailing Ws. Props to GSW though for never quitting after being down by 16.

Andrew Bynum benched in the 3rd quarter for attempting (and missing) a 3 pointer with lots of time left in the shot clock. jeez.. what the hell was he thinking?! :D

youtube video

just because he made one in their previous game, doesn't mean he can try it again.  :D

Bynum should have practiced shooting 3s first, then ask the coach if they can make a play for him.

As for Mike Brown, grow some balls, man. And communicate.

he should only attempt 3's if the Lakers have a big lead (let's say 20+ points), they only had a 6 point lead when he attempted that during their game against the GS Warriors.  :D

Probably Bynum would want to morph into a player like Kevin Love...40 points today...inside outside game...3 point shooing champion. That guy is a nightmare to guard.

Carlos Boozer is playing very well for the Bulls despite the absence of D ROSE, he has stepped up and inspired his teamates.
