stupid mike brown took him forever to realize that jordan hill is better than mcroberts and troy murphy combined! good game from ebanks and blake!

Mike Brown = freakin' blind IMHO. naka Oakley RX eyeglasses na si Potato Head sa lagay na yan ah.. what does he need to see the talent and potential around him.. the hubble space telescope?

tsk tsk. he's still blind to the potential of Andrew Goudelock and Jordan Hill. at least the latter got some playing time against OKC and contributed significantly.

as for MWP, tsk tsk again.. shame on him for what he did to James Harden.

Just watched the 2nd half of the KINGS-BOBCATS game ..... KINGS win by bloody murder.

With 2 more road games to go, the BOBCATS will likely get the NBA record for worst win% in history.

The BOBCATS are solid proof that everything equals out ..... Michael Jordan ruled the NBA when he was playing, yet absolutely stunk when he went to the managerial & ownership side.

I have a feeling that the basketball gods will be cruel to Michael Jordan some more and have some team else get the 1st draft pick (for Anthony Davis).

eto na ba ang longest losing streak at 20?

is there a chance for NY to grab the 6th seed in the east should they sweep all their remaining games and Orlando goin winless in their last few games?
mas ok na un IND vs NY in the first round and just let ORL take on MIA in the 1st round of the playoffs.

NY does have the 2-1 edge this season over ORLANDO ..... NY would go up a slot in case of a tie - if head-to-head is all that's used for tiebreakers.

Any team drawing ORLANDO as 1st round opponent should be favored ..... that's even before Dwight got sidelined. With Dwight done for the season, it should be a cakewalk for their opponent.

Just like what happened to his co- hooligan team mate Bynum.

Bynum took out Barea in frustration.. MWP elbowed Harden because of excitement

this is the Lakers.. where weirdness happens.  :D

I just watched the OKC-LAL game again and what I found really impressive was Kobe's defense on Westbrook.. in their first 2 meetings, Westbrook just blew past every Laker on the court.. but this time, Kobe was in his face for the whole game.. he kept in step with one of the quickest and most athletic young players in the NBA.. he played great denial defense.. he kept in step with him just long enough for the help to come.. and he challenged every pull-up jumper.. he's 33 years old but he shut down Westbrook and still managed to hit clutch shot after clutch shot.. no other player in the NBA comes even close to Kobe's desire to win a ring..

Both Bynum & World Peace should be magically transported back to the 80's ...... when the real rough stuff was the norm.

They'd be easily put back in line by a string of guys like Bill Laimbeer, Dennis Rodman, Kevin McHale (elbows galore), Charles Barkley, Buck Williams, Charles Oakley, Kurt Rambis, Danny Ainge, Karl Malone, etc.

Heck even mild-mannered greats Larry Bird, Isiah Thomas, Joe Dumars & John Stockton (Rodman has always considered him the dirtiest player in the NBA) knew how to give it during those years.

Speaking of Danny Ainge .... one of his classics below. Note that the guy was much rougher back in the 80's.

kya nga since ORL doesnt stand a chance to go deep into the playoffs, its better they draw MIA and let NY face off with IND so they can have a chance to advance to the next round.

^ Like I said, Ainge was one of the toughest (and most annoying to opponents) to come out of the 80's ...... he'll roughouse yet still whine and complain about every call or non-call.

Bill Laimbeer was kinda like a very-dirty version of Chito Loyzaga ..... great half-court physical defense yet will go overboard with chest slams, hacks, knees, etc.

I remember watching Laimbeer win the Finals with his clutch 3point shooting with the original Bad Boys e.g. Thomas, Dumars, Microwave Johnson, Aguirre (wild rumors back then that he was Pinoy due to his surname), Salley, Mahorn, etc.

di naman mga bading yang mga yan na pag dinala mo sa 80's kakainin lang. syempre mag aadjust din yan since yun nga yung "norm" noon. just like what the "norm" is today.

you make it sound like players before are warriors and players now are pussies. depende lang yan kung ano yung nakasanayan ng tao.

first meeting kasi si fisher and blake, second meeting sessions and blake. both schooled by westbrook. good thing naisip ni kobe na sya bumantay.  ;D

good on mike brown giving minutes kay jordan hill. he is better than those scrub mcroberts and murphy combined. lol. also with artest probably suspended for a lot of games. this will give ebanks more playing time and more experience.

Who said anything about pussies ..... just merely stated that Bynum & MWP thugism wouldn't stand out as much should they have competed in the 80's.

this.

the NBA before was more brutal in terms of physicality and ruggedness.

Bynum and MWP wouldn't stand a chance against Laimbeer and Rodman.

mas maraming ''enforcers'' before compared to now.

why is the NBA tolerating guys like bynum and mwp then? sapat na ba ang suspensyon kung ang ginagawa nila sa player eh career threatening na?

MWP would probably get a multi-game suspension, not just one game.

i guess it all depends on James Harden's physical condition.

IMHO, it was obviously intentional. MWP's alibi that he was just celebrating his dunk is pure BS IMHO.

i mean, who the heck 'celebrates' by cocking your elbow then swinging it as hard as possible to the next guy you come in contact with?

do you think if si KB ang nakasalubong nya e he would have 'celebrated' the same way?

walang sense ang explanation nya.but then again, he's ron artest.

Some more rants on why MWP's excuse is pure pathetic ..... why was he in a fighting stance as soon as the other OKC players ran up to face him?

The tendency for any man who accidentally hits another ..... is to look back or be very apologetic ..... at the very least, look apologetic.

MWP cocked back his arm the full way (reaching the other side of his face) and swung it with a full follow-through ..... one thing that MWP got right, ".... looks bad"

Lastly, a one-liner from a new ESPN article:

"Edit Harden out of that footage, and it is the strangest celebration you have ever seen."
