i do hope so..  ;D

to be honest, i was hoping the NYK wouldn't make some noise this post season. kasi if they advance, Woodson stays. if not, they'll get a new head coach.. Phil Jax or Jerry Sloan would be ok IMHO.

i've read a couple of articles saying that Amare's loss is actually a blessing in disguise for the NYK since Melo would now shift to the 4. NY had flashes of brilliance before playing small ball but Miami does it better.. waaaay better.  ;)

pag nanalo tayo ng isa vs miami,e para na tayong nag champion nun. ;D ;D

haha oo nga. what do you think about Phil Jax?

would he take the bait of coaching the NYK next season?

I do not doubt, we will have at least one win. Probably without Amare or with Lin may change Miami's plays that can lead to their loss.

I actually want to see Phil take on the Knicks... a team by far presently not a title-contender. That way Phil debunks the notion that he only coaches teams that are ready to compete for the title.

do you think Jeremy Lin can be a good triangle offense point guard?

Phil Jax loves 6'3 and above point guards who can shoot from the perimeter

(e.g. Ron Harper with the 2nd 3peat Bulls of the mid-late 1990's and 2000-2001 Lakers)

im all for pjax bro..as one poster here said,it'd be great if he took the NY job (and hopefully keeps mikeW on board) and took on the challenge of turning the knicks into winners.kase currently, they're playing like wieners. ;D

I do like PJAX to be onboard Knicks roster. Personally, I find Nash will be good for the triangle offense. Nash commands more respect and threat in the offense. Lin will be his backup.

it's not the players, it's the system. Amare and Melo would never co-exist on the same team with the system they're using. they both need the ball to be effective, and Amare's softness inside isn't helping them at all.

tignan mo, kung si Phil Jax ang coach.. sigurado lagi sermon ang maririnig ni Amare. just like what happened to Pau Gasol during Phil Jax's tenure with the Lakers.

hmmm..i agree to a certain extent.yes, the system they have right now is flawed, and imho doesn't play to the current roster's strengths..

but it's a really bad mix din, since almost no one plays a lick of defense.how is it that this team can be good on one end of the floor and so bad on the other?

to sum it up,the knicks are a mess. ;D

an anonymous source said Tyson Chandler is gonna be this year's defensive player of the year.  ;D

but what they need is team defense. the kind of team defense that would choke the hell out of any NBA team. they can't depend on Chandler to just wait for incursions in the lane and swat anything the opposing team would attempt. Mike Woodson's defensive scheme is overrated IMHO and things aren't really that great on the offensive end as well.

to sum it up,the knicks are a mess. ;D

amen to that  ;)

mcroberts was good during the first few games of the regular season but since then it's all been downhill for him.
