help DENON is a good receiver?

any can can help me to choose a good buy receiver for my newly hometheater rum..? does denon is a good receiver? my budget is @ mid  level price

pls.. help po mga master

they can be good if you like it's sound signature when paired with the speakers that you'll use. most people would describe denon/marantz as warm sounding and musical.
