Planning to start a 3.1 ht setup

Sa ngayon ang budget ko palang is av and front left and right. Pioneer 1020 yung avr and di ko alam Kung mag
1. Klipsch rf52
2. Rti a3
3. Polk tsi 300

If your room isn't too big for the A3, I'd vote for the A3. It has noticeably more refined sonics against your two other options, imho.

mga 3m by 3m yung room pero open yung isang side kasi may hagdan so imagine nalang na meron pa extra 1 meter sa right side ng room ok na yun a3 sa ganyan kalaki? di ko kaylangan mag floorstanding na speakers?

I agree but remember with new models you'll be paying for the R&D, and brand name does have costs too.  My suggestion is set an upper cost limit and minimum specs based on your requirements, then audition as many as possible falling between.

I agree also. another suggestion is to look for older version on stock where you can avail bigger discount from retail price when the came out the market. sometimes they sound and look better than the later versions...  :)
