Yung sa FW ok lang ba na BS speaker ang gamitn instead of FS ? ano ba dapat posisyon nitong FW nakaharap ba dapat o medyo naka-slant ? last ano ba effect nito sa system ? sorry noob po

pasensya Dok, ganda ng set-up nyo malinis talaga.... :D :D

o eto, para wala na mangkulam, bumili na ako ng isa pang SB12 dahil sa pangungulit ni Bro raider



Yung FW mahirap na talaga isingit....at iphotoshop na di mahahalata  ;D ;D ;D

It will fill the gap between your Fronts and Surrounds...
Mas seamless ang panning from front to back and vice versa of surround sound ^-^

BS ang recommended sa FW as what i remembered from other forum. dapat direct reflecting speakers and not dipole.

92" yung screen.  Max size na yan na pwede for my room.  Maliit lang tingnan since naka wide-angle lens ang camera ko.

add ko lang sa post ni brother louie louie louie .. :)
main advantage of having a front wide is a VERY VERY wide soundstage, you'll think you have no speakers in front of you.  :)
e.g. person walking towards the screen, you would feel that he/she is really walking towards the screen.  watching concert would also make you feel that they are performing in front of you.

nevertheless bro, pag navisit mo ulit yung idea ng front wide pwede parin.  :)
raise the PJ screen, move it a few inches sa right.  tapos half ng F and R speakers sa dulo ng PJ screen half outside.  then front wides na ;D

Thanks bro for the suggestions pero for me, that is the ideal screen height.  If I raise it some more, titingala na ako kapag nanonood.  Mahirap din i-move yung screen to the right because I would also have to move the PJ mount correspondingly.  Lastly, notice that the door is not parallel to the front wall but diagonal.  If I move the speaker to the right baka tamaan na ng door pagbukas

Maki input na rin mga masters. Ako naman po based on my experience kase small room lang ako, when i tried front wides me mas huminang sound details ng front sound effect.
Main speakers were 685, 686 po ang FW. Mga 30 times ko paulit ulit yung 3 scene ng movies para ma justify ko yung huminang sound details.

 I think FW po mas suitable kung mas malaki ang space ng room.  And sa palagay ko po mas maganda kung same speakers ang front and front wides para parehas ang bato ng sounds. And of course mas ma appreciate yung 7.1 kung lahat movies 7.1 bluray. :-) Kaso hindi ko na try kaya di ko ma prove as per my old setup. And thats my opinion. :-)

Now im back to 5.1. Sakto lang sa bluray rip. hehe. Mas favorable pa yung setup na 5.2 for me sa small room. :-)

Sir di po ba naka 5.2 na kayo as per picture?

For me i will recommend naman sa setup nyo subwoofer (ported type) with lower frequency pa para mas me rumbling effect yung movies. Mas maganda po effect nun for me compare sa sealed na svs sb12. And kaya na siguro ibigay nung floorstander sir kahit papano yung "suntok sound" ng sealed subwoofer type. Pero yung "gapang sound" hindi masyado. Good pm :-)
