Got 50m of 12AWG SWAN brand for 35 pesos per meter from Deeco Farmers.
Using them with Audioquest plugs for my 5.0 setup.
Prior to this, I was using Belkin 18AWG Oxygen-Free wires for my fronts and center.

So what can you say with the change? May noticeable difference ba, real or imagined? Hehe

For my untrained ears, the 12AWG seems to do a better job that the 18AWG.
I am no audiophile but I would prefer the no-name 12AWG over the other.
I might look for better cables for my LCR in the future, but for now I'll be sticking with the 35/m cable  ;)

Can someone recommend a speaker cable that can tame brightness of sq? Im using ecosse 2.3 but it seems that it's not enough, maybe another brand that can retain the full bodied sound of my setup and tame brightness a little.  Any recommendation and where to get?

Would you think a 12 gauge electrical wire would be better? Or better go for 10 gauge? :(

di ko pa sir na try using electrical wire na gauge 12 as speaker cable eh, but base sa observation ko talagang tumaba pag mas makapal ang cable so better nga is use gauge 10.. :-\

galing din kasi sa gauge 15 flat speaker cable by Audioplus bi-wire with cardinal silver screen cables yung akin pero mas may punch ang di bi-wire na gauge 12 na gamit ko ngayon.. :)

Unlike amplifiers, cables can not add anything to the signal, it can only take away something.

Try the Xindak 12 guage cables, their reasonably priced

How is your system full bodied but bright at the same time?
