narinig ko na ang Infinity. okay cya. balanced ang sound. narinig ko na rin ang Polk TSi. pero medyo matagal na yun since last narinig ko. i-aaudition ko nga muli.

sir,what brand/unit are you going to use to drive either of those 2 speakers?

but if i would to choose, id rather go for cascade by infinity.sosi ang dating. kaso madugo ang price.

ibang level ang kulam mo bro

Why not invest with RTi A3? Its a great all rounder for a startup system.
You can try checking for preloved speakers in the Marketplace.

hmmmmmm.....ok,swak yan sa 2 unit na nabangit mo. may paradigm dun sa market, check mo din, nasa 8.5 lang ung both bookshelf. or ung tsi200 ni sanjay at ni gelatin ba un....nasa 12k,stretch mo lang ng onte ang budget mo.

nga pala. I finally took measurements of my bedroom. it's about 4m x 4.5m or 18sqm. wood yung wall sa likod ng tv, concrete sa other 3 sides. though may wooden cabinets, table, at shelves sa isang wall.

my walls are painted white, unfortunately. (puti rin ang cortina sa bintana)

there's too much light reflected inside during the day.

Nakaraang araw? Kailan un ang last natin na audition ung kina DOM na di ako gaano nagandahan kasi front lang ang nakalagay na speaker.

DTNS, welcome to the HT gallery. talagang lahat LCD na per room.

Planuhin mo na ang HD contents (movies, anime, concerts, documentaries) centralize them to your router then via a network share na lang playback accross TV if they are lan capable. pag hindi LAN capable, USB stick/storage bawat isa para HD sessions for bottomless fun --

hi! I'm currently using an htpc (Manli T2 AMD E-350 + External DVD-RW) and my laptop (an MSI GE620DX) with my LG 42". gamit ko pang stream ng anime yung laptop. mahina lang yung network adapter ng nettop ko.

I just watched cable tv (Sky Cable - Animax ch) in my parents' room. I realized that a 32 inch lcd looked and sounded small now that its in a bedroom. (it used to be in the dining room where our Samsung 32" LED is now.) I have no plans of setting up the audio of the LG 32LK310 though. my mom usually watches koreanovela dvds with the tv on mute.

I got to audition the Acoustic Energy Neo series earlier at avshop. both sounded really good with the Onkyo 609 and the HK 265.

unfortunately, the AE's are waaay out of my budget!

however, I am considering either of the receivers I tested.

anong specific sound ang hanap niyo sir? if you'd like warmth, try the mission m3 series, i think that's gonna fit your budget plus they aren't that hard to drive.

thanks for the suggestion! I'll try to audition Mission M3's next time.

btw, I got to try Rotel, Onkyo, and HK receivers at avshop. Rotel was okay. Onkyo sounded more detailed. but HK seemed to provide the most "theatre-like" sound for me.
