can someone confirm this is only HD ready tv or fullHD.may instance kasi na mali ang info sa site ni LG

According to LG, the average wattage for:
50" is 195
42" is 170

European and Australian websites quote 130w in-use for the 50" PAL model. I wonder if they went the Panasonic route of dimming the picture, but the numbers are indeed quite impressive for a plasma screen.

I wonder how well the real-time self-calibration works. That's truly something that can help most people, if implemented well.

Nevertheless, we have Panasonic 55ST30 at P90K.

how's the performance of this tv? Im also eyeing the 42in model. Just have to sort out the warranty terms. Iba-iba kasi nakukuha ko info from different stores/members. Some say 1 year, sabi nung iba 2 years na din daw pati plasma. Might call LG muna to confirm, kaso minsan di din alam nung mga call center reps.

good performance so far, been using this for almost 2 weeks na.. no complain for the PQ, viewing distance of >7 meters. oks sa local/cable channels, swabe rin sa movies...last movie watched was john carter. ganda ng razor frame,pogi ng dating.. downside lang siguro is the audio,but no issue for me since i've connected it to HT. Have also tried using it as monitor of my laptop and played NBA2k12.. ayos!

warranty as per SnS on this LG unit is 2 years. Pa-validate nga sir vic?

BTW, the plasma TVs from Samsung and LG are covered with 1 year manufacturing warranty. The LED / LCD TVs are covered with 2 years.
